Description
A collection of stories:
1-3. The Heart of Miscalculation
"Why don't you date me?" And that's how Miki started going out with Udou, from next door's classroom, who was fighting with his ex-girlfriend. It was because of a whim, just a "game". But being with Udou, he started getting comfortable? During the sex, Udou took control of him with tricks, making him tremble in pleasure. Tender caresses, sweet passion? What happened to my body? Damn, I'm not like this. A traditional boyfriend, and a boy who likes to flirt. A story of pure and immoral love between high school students.

Amazing story with your typical yaoi plot. I love the couple dynamic and I'm so glad they had their happy ending. Ogawa-sensei knows how to make the readers interested in the story no matter what kind of story she draws. Of course this is recommended.

I don't think I am a maiden at heart but I really love these type of innocent love relationships. Uwaahh, I really do like it, sue me (lol don't, I am poor).
The art is as always beautiful and nicely done. To me it is.
The narration, pacing and paneling (of all the stories) is also very tastefully done. Nothing feels rushed.
Though, why must Chise-sensei resort to rapey lines and scenes? Still, I have to give it to her; even with that she somehow is able to infuse fluffiness and ardent passion into those scenes that I just can't think of them like that.
Ah, I really do love baseball stories.
While I didn't like the third story that much it was still soft and funny to read for me because a lot of people in my family wear glasses and some of my close friends as well, so it's not like without glasses you can't see well enough to find your way, and if you are the meticulous type then you always keep an extra pair with you.

Hahaha, I love this equation. The possessiveness the two characters have for one another is seriously something, it is like they were made for one another, and of course things get dramatical. Seriously entertaining, and the sexy parts are a plus of course. The side stories are also very entertaining. Props to this mangaka. I love her and her sister's works.

The main couple is crazy. But since both of them seem to be a very similar crazy that gets off on other crazy, it didn't bother me much. Didn't love all the crying during sex (there are better ways to indicate that someone is in love). Did love that the guy bottoming enjoyed and sought out sex.
Overall, the first story is fairly entertaining if you're okay with the usual low-stakes, high drama yaoi conflict and romance. It also employs several regular tropes, such as an older brother after one of the guys, bizarre jealousy bordering on/becoming overbearing control, etc.
Overall, it was a bit too dramatic and soapy for my tastes. But it wasn't bad.

I didn't get this manga at all. Characters are acting absurdly and stories got weird developments....if any.
The first story got quite promising start..but then suddenly there's some weird skip in story (well it's not exactly skip..but it feels like one)..and from that point on lot of things were really strange. Don't even mentioning huge lack of proper feelings-development.
Second story... I really didn't get the end of this story.
And third story... I didn't get this one from the very beginning to the very end. Plus the glasses problem...like seriously? There were lot of nonsenses around that issue.

I feel like I'm almost having an Ogawa-Chise-syndrome lol. Throw me anything from her and I'd gladly devour it with joy. So I admit that I might be a bit biased, but that is not to say that this love I have for her works is purely blind. How is it that she can pull off both dark and psychological stuff AND normal and fluffy stuff so elegantly? I swear, the similarity between Ogawa-sama and Nakamura Asumiko-sensei that I can perceive is just getting more and more visible, and at the same time both of them have their own unique style that I so adore as well. How can these women be so good and talented?! xD
Lol okay, ranting aside, I really thoroughly enjoyed this manga (like I haven't mentioned that already lol). Even if the stories are probably nothing new, the mangaka still managed to deliver them with grace, making the read a pleasure all the same. Trust me when I say this, because I've read quite a few of those 'generic' type of normal BL stories out there, and I know what mediocrity and typicality truly mean. I could see that the author did pay attention to small details that aren't usually taken notice of, and the effort paid off if I do say so myself. The humour is also particularly to my taste, which is not an usual sight. The artwork is as good as ever, not excessively pretty or anything, but very enchanting and fitting with the atmosphere.
But what really took the cake this time are definitely the characters for sure. Especially in the first two stories, the setting is school-life, so without some decent characters it's going to be very hard to craft something that stands out from the rest, let alone something as enjoyable as this manga. For eg with the first story, even if the characters are not perfect initially, the author had somehow made me fall head over heels in love them and in the end I just find them such a loveable and adorable couple. Oh and I totally agree with what sensei said in the after word: 'isn't it nice when a frivolous guy becomes innocent?' xD

I really like how Miki never ran away crying or internalizing when he had a problem with Udou. Instead of getting sad or scared he just got pissed, which is what I've wanted to see an uke do for a long time. I also liked how both the characters interacted and their relationship dynamic.

I was pleasantly surprised in reading this yaoi, my first by this mangaka. The art is really quite beautiful. The clean lines and stark, mostly black and white palette are refreshing. I enjoyed the story, too - it's cute and sweet and hot and, again, a bit different from the norm. As another reviewer mentioned, it's nice to see the uke with a more equal role, especially when it comes to initiating and unabashedly enjoying the smex.
