Omg, that's one of the best shoujo I've ever read. And brownie points for it being short and sweet. The art was fantastic, too. After the first chapter I knew who she was going to end up with, but I wasn't sure if the mystery kisser was the same person or not.

One of my favourite parts was how at the end the mangaka switched to first person of the guy. It was nice to know what he was thinking.

Shoujo will always remain a guilty pleasure of mine, and this manga, with all of the typical cliches of a reverse harem, is still lovely. Don't expect to much, sit back and enjoy the lovely art and the funny parts and ignore all the implausabilities. Nice quick read

Four gorgeous boys falling head over heels for a girl, and chasing her maniacally. It's quite the cliche shoujo story, really. I could from the first chapter predict whom Meiko would end up with.

But even though the plot isn't original and fairly easy to predict, this manga is still above average. I didn't manage to get annoyed, since the length of the story was nice, and the characters were okay. The art also saves the manga quite a bit.

Have free time to kill? Then this is the manga for you.
It's a simple, typical shoujo manga with above average art Although, something really struck me about the manga... was it really necessary to find out who kissed her? o__o
And the feelings she "feels" for someone shouldn't entirely be based on that.. lol.

Otherwise, not the best manga out there. :L

Great artwork funny story

This manga...was just...dull...bland and just ARGH!
Not to mention, I figured out who kissed her before I even passed the chapter one cover now, that's pathetic. , so yeah, coincidentally, there were four guys in the library, because it was her first kiss, she spazzes(sp?) out over it (not that I blame her for it), and goes all detective mode on him.
All in all, I give it a 6/10. But only for the art.

oh my God! sorry for saying that but i cant believe i read something like that!!! if this was my first manga, i would have taken a wrong impression about the manga world X(

I've read many mangas and until this day, i never knew that there was a manga so adorable.
i can't express how much i flushed... it has got to be the cutest story ever >.<
this is definitely the bishie 1 rated manga and all the guys looked flawless *thumbs up*

This manga was short, simple, and very sweet. Any girl would be curious to find out who she might have been kissed by while you were sleeping, I loved all of the characters, i even had a bit of trouble trying to figure out who the culprit was before he was found out. I also thought it was kind of funny how Meiko's love of mystery kind of tied in with the plot of finding the "kissing culprit". with all that being said, if your looking for a quick read, boku wa kiss de uso is a good choice.

I kept seeing comments that the plot was "typical" when the manga really isn't--this is shoujo done right. The characters are amazing--subtle, yet astutely realized. The heroine herself really *is* adorable and I plain *liked* her. I could see why all these boys were in love with her when usually in shoujo I wonder just the opposite. The mangaka has a way with little details--one moment is when the heroine is so nervous in front of the boy she likes that she hides behind another boy--and unconsciously reaches out and holds onto the back of his shirt, like a security blanket--really adorable!

The boys were equally likeable and more than that--interesting. I think this is a genuine, and genuinely good work and I really look forward to seeing more from this author.
