You know those stories where someone gets turned into a vampire, and rather than going around sucking the blood of random people, they make an arrangement to just drink from one person, like a friend, family member, or lover. This is the same sort of thing, except the girl is infected with something that makes her crave human flesh. So...she eats her brother alive. Fortunately he has a mild case of whatever she has too, so he'll heal up right away.

It's overall a twisted, different kind of tragedy. Her brother is so nice because he couldn't do much to protect her when they were still living with their abusive father (he still comes into the picture to make things nasty for them). The siblings are under the surveillance of some shadowy organization. Which is a tad cliche, but the mangaka is new, and presents it in a way that feels fresh.

But the gore is probably the most memorable thing. Whether it's the sharing of flesh with the *ahem* slightly incestuous vibes, or mean people wanting to beat them up or cut them up.
