Yukiteru "Yuki" Amano is a loner who never really interacts with people and prefers writing a diary on his cell phone with his imaginary friends Deus Ex Machina, the God of Time and Space, and Muru Muru, Deus's servant.
However, Yuki soon learns that Deus is real when he makes Yuki participate in a battle royal with eleven other people. Within this "Diary Game," the contestants are given special diaries that can predict the future, with each diary having unique features that gives them both advantages and disadvantages.
The rules of the game are simple: the contestants have 90 days to find and kill all the other contestants, and the last one standing will become the new God of Time and Space

Yes, there aren't any similarity with "death note", I don't know why one should compare the two of them... I mean, the mangas of these genres are pretty different from each other, it's not like an adventure/shounen or a love comedy where certain situation are standerdized...

I'm so addicted to this series so i have to download raw into my collection... Don't know why u ppl have to compare it with Death note, they'r completely different.

Is there a girl swinging the axe around in Death note? come on!!!

Oh, Sakae Esuno's artwork improved a lot since his last series, too.

Definitely not as good as Death Note. It's an interesting premise but the mangaka doesn't carry it as far as it can go. Not a bad read but not one of the best. I've read up to ch. 23.

This manga had me hooked from the get go. You are always guessing, your feelings for the female "protagonist" are constantly shifting between affection and dread (this is the major draw for me--trying to decide if having a hot psycho stalker is good or bad), and the male protagonist, though initially weak shows consistent signs of growth throughout. I find myself wondering what I would do in a similar situation and the characters actions usually line up with mine (which doesn't happen to often in most mangas).

You are really missing out if you don't take a chance to catch up on this marvelous work.

The art is good, the plot classical but interesting... In fact it's the characters who make this manga really weird, but great: it's rare to see some originality in a shonen... so read this manga!

I don't accept that....I love Yuno. I would really cry if she would be just one of many personalities of main she must be real. There is no person suffering from Dissociative Identity Disorder in the background. They are killing each other to become a God not for uniting a broken psycho great story

20 chapters and it's already better than Death Note. Yuno is bloody hot; just her is enough to give the series a 10/10. But the plot itself is great and is how death note should have been done; a real game of brains instead of the stupid plans of Light. And I hated the main male character at first, but eventually he becomes a real man.

This is intense, I love it, it sorta reminds me of DeathNote, though i have no idea why, there isn't really random killing like in Deathnote, but anyway, im getting off topic, this manga awesome period.
