Boring

Seriously I getting tired to read it till the end and the biggest reason is that annoying hypocrite fake guy, Love.
The force to keep story in first season was stupid af too, "the goal is protecting Love blah blah".
I hate liars especially the ones betraying honest ppl trusts, idc about their reasons, I just hate it, and he betraying all of them many many times, and idc about that sudden twist in the end by author, Love is still a selfish hypocrite liar , so yeah f him.
I seriously can't stand him and I don't even care to felt bad for his sad back story . All that back story is bs to justice his shitty disgusting personality, he is just a selfish mf without any empathy and the only reason he can't get along with zero is exactly this, they are the same in the end.
Peach deserve better and more honest partner, at least he deserves someone who is not a hypocrite liar and Love use peach and his feeling from start till the end , u can say he seriously never love him, their chemistry is suck, I still don't get why even peach like that self centered guy so much, like it's so shallow how many dudes dying to have that boring guy Love 😂😂
Another reason i find it so stupid is teen kids with knife, especially small pitiful kids treated as godly strong boss lol it's just look so unrealistic ridiculous, whole gang bg and op there is stupid af 😂

Good enough

Overall it's a good read. I might be biased because Peach was my fave character but Love got a little annoying at times. It just felt like Peach cared more than Love did, which irritated me. But the story itself is fine.

If it seems like crack at the start, that's because it is. But trust me when I say that it gets a lot more serious and the story develops very nicely. The art is nice and the characters are pretty original. It's tagged shonen ai, so you won't get anything beyond a few kisses out of the whole thing, but I would definitely suggest giving this webtoon a go now that it's completed.

This starts out as a really cute story that then turn out to be pure intrigue and action with dark secrets, messy backstories and even messier solutions. You'll be at the edge of your seat and you might even shed a tear - but it is not a sad or tragic story - more like fun and quirky but heartfelt.

This manhwa really have it all except one thing, and that is the L in BL. It has a really well thought-out plot with some really good plot twists. The characters are well developed; they have logical connections between thought/feelings and their actions as well as believable backstories. The art is nice and relationships between the characters are mostly realistic.

I really like this manhwa and would like to give it 10 out of 10, but there is just light kissing in it and the sexual attraction between the main characters is a bit iffy to me. I can imagine them being really close friends and maybe experimenting with each other, but I feel no sexual tension between them at all. I have a really hard time imagining them having a real sexual relationship, unless the mental and emotional abuse Zero put Love through has made Love so emotionally dependent on Peach that he’d have sex with him.

You can from Peach’s thoughts understand that he is attracted to Love but you never get the same sense from Love towards Peach, just that he is grateful to Peach and want a relationship in which he feel like he belong. He says the relationship can only be with Peach otherwise it wouldn't work, but that is just because he doesn’t feel Peach is trying to manipulate him (which he actually did) - no deeper connection than that.

Exceeded my expectations

Comment posted after reading chapter 55.

I remember my first attempt to read this one. I've read first two chapters and decided this comic is just too weird, so I quickly forgot about it. Then I found it again, and I thought "hey, let's give it another shot." And I must say, one of my best decisions ever.

When you start reading Peach Love, it looks like a pure comedy. And you may think that's how it's going to be till the end. Well, that's not entirely wrong. There is still humor later on, but as you keep reading it, it's getting more serious, darker, messier. And that makes you crave for every new chapter as Tuesday comes.
The plot seems not really complicated at the very beginning. It's not that complicated later on too. I would say that what makes this comic so good are the characters. Their backstories, their personalities, their motivations... Especially the main character, Love. Love is the cutest boy ever, and I love him a lot, but he also has a dark past that you may think is not so important but becomes the story engine later on.
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
Thenthe latest chapters... Damn, this boy went through a lot! And all he ever wanted was to have friends and be accepted! He was only 14/15, and experienced bullying from people he once thought were his friends. Then was given this dirty ultimatum from Zero... That really changes a lot in the way I perceive him.

And the romance! Oh, the romance... It's not a slow burn one, for sure. And it's actually not playing a big role in the story, to be honest. But still, it's very cute. It maybe is confusing as we're getting into season three, but in the first two seasons, it's just adorable. I mean, how Peach cares about Love, how he protects him... I love it.

What I would point as a minus are retrospections. Important, but sometimes just too long. Sometimes you just can't wait for it to end. Sometimes it's just repeating the same thing for the second or third time. But the good thing is that retrospections are not that often, so it's possible to survive them.

I would recommend this one for people looking for a comic where BL is important, but one the most important element of the story. Also to people who enjoy stories with developed character past. And of course, for school gangs lovers and those who enjoy a little bit of cunning!
