Hachiro is a monster created by a mad scientist to destroy the human race. He is the most powerful creature that has ever walked the earth, but during one of these attacks on humans, he discovers ice cream.

From that very moment on, he became enamored with human culture and uses all the money from his part-time job on candy and toys, which does not please his creator very much. Since then, between his creator coming to see him, the random monsters that attack him, and his desire to become part of the Anbiribabo, a ground defense force, Hachiro's life is not so simple.
