Dentist Dr. Samejima has always had a permanent glare. Although he's skilled at his job, he makes kids cry so much that he can't treat them. Now, he laments the bad reviews he has online. One day, he hears that the hot owner of the neighborhood gelato shop is good with women and kids, so he takes a peek inside in hopes of learning how to make them like him. Inside, he finds Kano, the boy he blew off and hurt in high school when he didn't want to acknowledge that he liked men.
