Jen is a doctor working at a refugee camp in the desert country of Zaheer. One day, Kam, a new doctor, arrives at the camp. He seems far too handsome to be a doctor, but he soon proves his abilities during an operation. Gradually the two become close, but there's something about the way he acts and speaks that Jen can't quite put her finger on. She thinks it's just that she's fallen head over heels for him, but little does she know that he is actually the sheikh of Zaheer!
