Description
6th grader Shima lives with her middle-aged father, Chihiro. Shima is constantly either annoyed by what her father says, while Chihiro tries to figure out the fickle nature of a young girl. Even though there are many cases where they disagree with each other, in the end, they find each other to be tolerable.

I dunno if the dad does it on purpose, but he really seems to annoy her a lot, lol. Their interactions are just too funny and sweet. The father's younger sister was also really nice addition. While the story isn't too deep and doesn't have a clear ending, it was still fun to read.
Wrote a long review explaining why but to sum that up: this manga is a lot smarter and actually DEEPER than it appears to be. It IS still mostly a cute/funny series about a daughter and her silly dad/a silly dad and his somewhat rude daughter, but it's got some HEAVY themes and subject matter lurking within, and it's handled extremely well/with subtlety. In some ways, I actually find the series relatable. I'm really impressed by this one. A++

I'm a sucker for Family-centric stories, and one as adorable as this makes my day. Being in a monoparental family myself, I find this relatable.
The Father/Daughter interactions are the sweetest part of Sen to Man so far. I hope new chapters come out soon!
Edit: As of chapter 4, there seems to be some darker themes rearing their heads. To this I say, "Cool!" I like my sweet with some sour.
