Description

Not worth to bother with

No need to waste time with this work of stereotypes. Everything is so totally predictable that it's dull and lame. I often rolled my eyes thinking 'yeah sure, how surprising, didn't see that coming at all'. 😉

2 volumes that nobody really needs to read - there's so many better stuff out there (even from that mangaka - though the settings are awfully similar everywhere).
The art had flaws too.

Reading works likes this really lets you appreciate just how much Mayu-tan’s work has improved since she first started out. Honestly, I think that Sexy Guardian offers a fairly forgettable story (I’ve already forgotten how it ends…) and art, with some good 'ol Mayu-tan smut thrown in. The series is quite short and offers nothing new in terms of plot. The story summary has pretty much told you what the two volumes will boil down to; a pretty girl is the only girl attending an all boys school, what will happen? Hmm…

The art is a little too boxy (for lack of a better word) for me, and quite immature by her standards today. I know is sounds really fussy, but I really don’t like the ridiculously broad shoulders style of the ‘90s, and Mayu-tan seems to be a prime offender! Regardless, Sexy Guardian is probably worth a try if you’re a SHINJO Mayu die hard.

The herione is weak, the guy has no personality what so ever he's just some eye candy and the plot is stupid... Seriously, the guy was super boring and the girl was too annoying. -typical Shoujo

Pretty much a short story about a horny girl.. The end

started off a bit interesting. But quickly became corny and dull. She wanted the guy from the get go in a perverted way. He then teases her while other guys try to do stuff to her. Then she does stupid things to get attention from him.. And gets herself into trouble with her stupidity. And It seems he loves her body more then her. Aren't they also suppost to be freshmen?! Wth. Then they have sex but the scenes are cut because the author wanted to be pg somehow even though they show off her whole body. They obviously end up together. the end

How much worse can this get? From the get go I was turned off by how stupid everything was. Unlikeable characters, bland plot, bad messages - oh you name it. Unless you're a masochist and enjoy being tortured by vacuity then go for it.

This manga left a horrible taste in my mouth. The heroine is ridiculously stupid. The guy is just.....there. It was a romance with no chemistry whatsoever and driven only by lust. Like, for God's sake, the MC stops in her tracks in THE MIDDLE OF DANGER to admire the f*cking guy! AND IT WAS BEFORE SHE KNEW HIM! What the heck is wrong with you? Seconds earlier you were panicking about being potentially kidnapped!

this manga is cute! in my opinion, the storyline is good as always with shinjo mayu's mangas.This is the best manga i've read so far.

The storyline is solid. The art is pretty good, and the romance and drama is awesome.

But it's overly concerned about guardian, protection, and stuff like that. It's mentioned almost every single page, too. Got repetitive. Almost stopped reading because of that. Along with that flaw there's the words "I love you" that show up on every page that doesn't have the words guardian, protection, or the like on them.
