Description
Seok is a jovial manservant for a noble family. One day, while out on an errand, he gets a glimpse of a mysterious and alluring performer that has arrived at the market. But a fleeting look won’t suffice. He can’t get his mind off of this enigmatic figure. Will he ever see them again? As fate would have it, their paths will certainly cross again. But the complications of their lives and the entanglements of their relationships will mean that things will unfold in ways that are anything but easy. Who will risk it all and dive deep into the blue for a chance at love?

Hooray, another historical BL work where the bottom MC is suffering because of someone else but then meets a kind, caring seme who wants to help them. Seems familiar? Reminds me of Bongchon Bride however, more of a different setting and the character backstories are very different (here we have a the bottom MC prostituting himself because of someone in his troupe and the top MC works as a servant for a noble. The really nice spin I like is the fact that the noble character seems to like the top MC! Usually you just get triangles (mainly where there's a another top MC who is obsessed and makes the bottom MC suffer).
Seems to be the author's debut work (but their second work). The art is really nice, the characters and their personalities are clear, the plot seems clear. I think it feels a bit awkward in some aspects but so far I like the work.
