Damn the first few chapters where great I thought it was just going to be a cute story but then there was more... that in itself is not bad the story after just doesn't have enough potential as a long series staying on script which it does.
For one there should be more drawn out characters to make the plot more interesting. For example there are allegedly like 50 wives under the guy but we only interact with a couple... I don't need all of them to be introduced but for one the prince married these women for their talents so why isn't he using them? Why is there so little dialogue between them. I totally would of got it if it stayed a 3 chapter story I would have been fine with that but there was more... I'm a tad disappointed but I do love the romance.

She's actually a lot better than some really stupid and naive and annoying girls who always blush and thinks stupid things in typical shoujo manga !

The male lead is relatively (and historically inaccurately) monogamous. The other girls in the harem are mostly faceless background characters. There are far more men that are into the heroine, and the love triangles center on male>female<male.

Honestly it pisses me off because I'm a history buff and historically she'd just need to accept the existence of several wives (without getting jealous or trying to monopolize), and he'd need to take several wives or else be labeled a powerless and/or impotent man. Nobody is monogamous back then in that region. Inserting 21st century sociological norms into a pre-industrial revolution Arabic country just makes the setting superfluous. The male love rivals would be stoned.

It's cute, funny, and sweet. Despite her harsh upbringing, the MC can stay positive and she's kind hearted too. The male MC is likeable, and even though usually I hate harem seeker male mc, I can't hate him because he's not actually sleep around with his harem (well, maybe some but defenitely not all of them). Overall, this is a light hearted cute kind of manga that you wanna read when you feel tired.
[spoiler] she's not annoying at all, the male mc just got to her so fast and she can think by herself too. She's not kind of damsel in distress and if you read every chapter, and as long as you like shojo, you will like her.[\spoiler]

I wonder if you can say the same thing when you are in the same situation as her. Don't you remember that the female MC is a slave in the past?! Try saving herself? Hello! The male MC always comes to rescue her so how can she got the chance to save herself? If you don't like it then don't read this book and stopped spouting nonsense just because you don't like the book.
For me the female MC although is a weak girl pretending to be strong and the ways she keep trying to avoid the male MC is maybe because she is afraid of getting hurt because of her past. The other princes maybe infatuated with her because of despite being weak she tried her best to stay strong.

As always, the female lead is clumsy and tsundere. The manga paints her as a person with common sense but that's far from how she acts. What's most annoying is that she is always projecting her own views onto the male MC as if that's the only way the world works.

Also, she always get into trouble for the silliest of reasons and always have to get rescued. If she's going to spout that she'll be his strength and won't burden him, then for god's sake try to save yourself or don't get yourself into trouble so easily.

I really see no positive qualities about the female MC except for her naivety. So why are every other males so fixated on getting her? It makes no sense. I just wish the male MC dumps this broad and let the other males have their way with her.

The male lead is the typical cliche but at least he's likeable because he's honest, smart and caring.

This series is definitely not a 10 but if you can put on a disbelief towards the female mc, it would be at most a 6.

i don't know why some people complain.
this manga isn't bad. it's pretty good and cute. tbh, i prefer josei (not smut kinds) and seinen (not ecchi things). and i can't stand shoujo manga in general. but i like this manga despite being shoujo manga. the heroine isn't dependent, but still cute. she's likeable. the male lead is often talked as lecherous man but still noble. though harem-setting is a bit silly.
it's a good and light read when my brain gets tired with all those puzzle in josei manga (yes, i'm talking about those josei manga which almost make my brain burned).
let the girls dream, shall we?

Everything about this manga scream cute.
I even can't think another words except cute when I read. It never fails me to smile after read a chapter to another chapter.
Btw, I don't know why people have to complain that it's no different with other shoujo, when it is shoujo and fits the description of shoujo. The story plot is meant for easy and light reading for girls.

the girl is super witty, smart, cute, pretty, and she can think for herself and doesn't need to really depend on anyone. The prince is amazingly cute and super sweet, and super loveydovey haha. The girl's a little like misaki from maid-sama, but more girly and she realizes her feelings faster. And she's not super dense and doesn't hide her feelings, so it's great. omg i can't wait for the next chapter!

i'm sorry i try to get through chapter 1 but couldn't ... lame and silly story ! no different from other shoujo manga , an the girl .. i won't think she's strong .. more like stupid and annoying ><
