We can find fault with some of the behavior, but I still loved following this relationship. The illustrations bring out the cute side of the characters. BUT the ending?! I've just read the 53rd chapter and how can it be the end? Did the author have a problem? Because there are still at least two parts of the story to be dealt with.

Really, C. 22? If K-dramas have noble idiots, Korean BL apparently has noble

rapists. Was it really necessary to resort to rape in order to drive him away?

It's unfortunate since the characters are drawn so handsomely. Guess, I won't spend any more money on this title.

The ending came... suddenly? I'm not sure if I didn't understand something, missed something or the 2nd season was just poorly done. EVEN THE MC IN THE LAST CHAPTER SAID HE DOESN'T KNOW WHO ML IS AND WHERE HE WAS. I. want. to. know. the. details. Rn I just feel unsatisfied, but I'll give it another try when the official translation will be finished, using MTL isn't always enough.

this is literally the perfect example of an author including rape for NO REASON other than just to include it like hello???? it isn't a psychological story or anything like that it is literally used for some cheap drama and sucks ass and ruins an otherwise awesome story.

More hilarious than I thought

In 12 c in and the comedy is so, so good. I love the story so far and it's exactly what I was looking for. The other comments scare me a bit, but we'll see where it goes. So far, this is comedy gold with stellar translations. (The Lezhin translator/editor does amazing work with slang that brings the characters to life)

All right so finished season 1. There is a scene that readers might not find comfortable and that might be why some people found it problematic. (Not that it's not.)

Despite this, I already know the top is a dumbass and the bottom has trauma, so it wasn't so surprising to me it happened. Regardless, so far I still really like this title. The comedy is still really good (great dialogue between characters) and the drama is pretty yummy.

So I have a huge thing for omegaverse titles where the bottom gets preggo and then leaves the top, they meet again years later and the top goes through regret hell. This doesn't happen here obviously because no one's getting mpregged, but it has a similar vibe. Top assaults the bottom as an attempt to "push him away" and disappears from the island. Bottom's life goes back to normal and he starts going to school again, but with added trauma where he can't touch anyone anymore without flipping out (poor kiddo). They reunite.... And top is supposed to go through regret hell...sadly, we don't really get to see it and it's only alluded to. Still, this is right up my alley, even though the top is a total dumbass thinking this is the only way to get the bottom to stay away from him. the bottom already had trauma so the added assault definitely deepened it--not that the top would've known it would pan out this way...still, top is a total dumbass. If that kind of thing is triggering to you, this isn't the title to pick up.

I finished the story and the ending seemed to come out of NOWHERE but it's not really as bad as I thought. They tried their best to wrap things up...but it also sounds like there will be side stories to tie up the loose ends! (Yay! I love these two dumb-as-bricks so I'm excited to see them again.)

My fan theory remains that top is a secret agent for the police. I'm still convinced...so let's see what the author does in the side stories!
