I do love this so so so much! It is hilarious and refreshing. The events are just crazy and the heroine is just so lovable.
As other reviewers have said, it does lack a bit in the romance department although the harem is pretty much building in number, the comedy is certainly front and center and will keep you entertained.
This could have been a ten but...
As I've mentioned, the harem is building in number but there is little development which I kinda love but kinda hate. I love it because Mafuyu ain't another shoujo heroine blushing all over the place for all the guys...and I can say, they are pretty hot guys.
I sorta hate it because it gets frustratingly slow and if this will turn out predictable, she will most likely end up with sensei so I just hope this won't be as predicted and maybe, just maybe she'd end up falling for Banchou or even Hayasaka...still, it's most likely sensei because they already have some sort of relationship while with Banchou and Hayasaka, it's just mostly comedic bumbling about(OMG, the bishies! People! THE BISHIES!!!)...unless the mangaka develops someone else more than just sensei.
The aforementioned was pretty much the reason why I stopped reading this for a while because, although I like who she is most likely to end up with, I don't like him for her. I'd prefer their relationship to remain platonic.
Me NOT being a big fan of student-teacher relationships isn't helping. I appreciate it sometimes when the story is really awesome or actually works(the number of which I can only count with one hand so far). This is not the case here, IMO. Cute but not enough for me to root for them together.
Still, awesome read! Recommended to those who love heroines with spunk!(wth?who uses that word?)
I have a niggling feeling that Hayasaka's first name has something to do with the picture of the little girl he looked at(I'm guessing it's Mafuyu) that he kept in his student handbook thing when he first met Usa-chan man.
Edit: Sorry. I'm just really biased because I am so in love with Okegawa!! Aaaagh! I love Hayasaka and the other guys but Banchou just melts my heart aaand panties(TMI!hahaha!)
The harem(so far):
The sensei--hot, like seriously, and has a past with Mafuyu so he's got the lead even if they have a really weird relationship.
Hayasaka--so cuuuute, I just love him. I think he also might have encountered Mafuyu as a child but doesn't remember her name or maybe I'm just assuming too much.
Banchou Kyousuke--OMG, I am so in love with him. He's got the hotness of Takaomi and the to-die-for adorableness of Hayasaka. His bed hair look(when Hayasaka brought Maizono to him)when his hair isn't combed back...I'm so silly, his combed back hairstyle is incredibly hot too...and I just drowned in my own drool again. He kinda thinks of Mafuyu as a prince when he imagines her. Craap, he's so sexy. All of the guys are sexy but daaaamn, Banchou, I love you!
Kenkawa--when I first saw him, I was like: "mini-version of Banchou" only with a mole under his eye. He used to be Mafuyu's subordinate and is cute in his own way. OMG, when he cried in ch.38, he looked like...an extremely adorable uke getting screwed...sorry for the description...he really did:

Maizono--I'm not sure if he counts because it feels more like there's an almost, almost shounen-ai feel when he's with Kenkawa
Sakurada--the baka-type but still kinda cute in his own way. I'm including him because he is just ridiculous
Shinobu doesn't count coz he's kinda taken but I find him cute...meganeeee-type...hihihi...but he totally matches so cutely with Houjou(girl)
Ayabe...he's pretty cute in his own way like all the other guys.
Aki...I'm not sure if he counts. All the girls instantly fall in love with him for his looks. (Actually, on a sexiness scale, he doesn't compare to Banchou, Takaomi, Hayasaka, and the other guys...but still cute.)
