It's a concept that's been done alot but I think this story does it well and explores various characters and their reactions to a changing world. It's great to read. Goes into some heavy themes but handles it respectfully which I appreciate, especially how certain individuals aren't forgiven with the tip of a hat.

Favorite Aspect: The Art & Character Design
Least Favorite Aspect: The Writing(?*)
A thoughtful story about the strain of being both rejected and objectified by society at the same time. While the writing feels a bit amateur and unclear at times, the characters are interesting to follow around and the art style is charming. It has yet to evoke many strong feelings for me, so I would have a hard time recommending it. Because there are currently only 25 chapters, it is a quick read with low investment. Worth a skim for the curious or animal fans!
*The writing is... confusing, at best. I am unsure if this is due to poor translation work or just rough writing in the original language. There are often jumps or gaps in the story that leave me confused, unsure why the author started an important idea/plot thread only to not address it. At 25 chapters it may be still to early to judge, because some plot threads have kind of been brought up again and addressed.
You Might Also Like: The story does not fall on many tropes/themes that make it easy to compare to other series I have read. I cannot recommend much at this time.
