Rei, Kazuma and Banri are close childhood friends. Rei, who's better than any guy, the cool and smart Kazuma and Banri who's mischievous and bright have the perfect balance. It's normal for the three of them to be together all the time and without thinking of themselves as men and woman they're just together. But something happens after which Rei starts to think of Banri as a "man", so the relation of the three changes...?!

Oh this is so sweet and touching. I'm up to ch4. I'm torn between the 2 male leads for the heroine. At first I preferred the serious and sweet one but upon learning the other guy's feelings too, I'm now somewhat torn.
This manga was nicely paced and executed well for a love triangle. The tension is there. Who'll she end with in the end is I long to read (even though I have I hunch who he is...I still want to finish this). Please finish the scanlation...pretty please!!!

I actually am really enjoying Dear! It's in no way different than a typical shoujo plot, but it's got something special to it all the same. 3 childhood friends, all in a love triangle, and then a 2nd girl appears and it becomes a love polygon. But the emotions are realized well and the characters all have their own character, even if they are stereotypes so far. The art has a distinct sketchiness and beauty to it like all of the mangaka's works, which I happen to really enjoy.
It's only 3 chapters so far, so it's not much to judge, but I'm continally looking forward to reading more of Dear! That itself is a good sign for this manga.
