The art style was absolutely stunning but the story was just missing the sort of...umpf I was looking for. Very basic A-B plot. But still cute and fluffy nonetheless.

Gave it a 9/10 upon completing all 52 chapters.

Honestly the story is pretty generic but it was actually quite refreshing too. This story was well written. The drama made sense and wasn't over the top like most I've seen. The art was also pretty good, matching well with the pacing of the story.

The last 10 chapter may be considered a side story, but it truthfully wrapped up the story much better than it otherwise would. Without it I would probably give the series a 7/10 as it would have left me dissatisfied with the ending. In my opinion, endings can really make or break a series and the "side story" felt more like a the ribbon you place on a nicely packaged present.

Nice ABO story but the side stories

This is a nice omegaverse story that doesn’t really have any toxic tags in it. The main story was really good. In my opinion. This is not a love triangle, more like a series of misunderstandings between the CP that lasted several years. The third person disappeared as soon as the MC rejected them.

Honestly, the only downside in this were the extra side stories. I did like the fact that we get to see years into the future that the main CP is still together and going strong, however, the ending seemed rushed.

The main story had a happy ending with the main CP ending up together. I was excited I was thinking we were going to see a wedding maybe even mpreg since this is an omegaverse story. Instead we got 10 sides stories that DO look into the main CP’s future. However, they ended it with a proposal and a pregnancy but no marriage or future look at the baby or even a baby bump… Really?! You’re going to tease us the entire way, but just not give it to us… to say I was annoyed is an understatement

It's not a love triangle because:

I liked how the Rival just straight-up vanishes for the main story after he was rejected. I can only wish for such happiness when I read a shojo manga where the rival guy will never leave ever.

I'm actually not a fan of A/B/O but out of all the strange variations it was just tolerable and not just really annoying for them to not get together for dumb reasons. If I were to rank it would be 6/10 of actual story writing quality but the art is nice and consistent throughout the entire time.

I did like how the main couple confessed and dated like normal human beings instead of misunderstandings so that raised the bar a bit too.

They Smiled, I Smiled

OK, let me preface by saying that I'm newish to the BL world and very new to the Omegaverse. I also came for the attractive art and was interested in the smut but ended up staying for the story. I really loved this story. Our main couple was always smiling at each other and it was ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE. I do also have a fondness for friends-to-lovers stories and I was not disappointed. In fact, I suppose my only complaint would be confusion over Omegaverse anatomy: logically I would think that alpha's & omega's know what they're going to be when they're born since anatomy doesn't magically change overnight... which would destroy the entire setup and related primary source of drama of this story... buuuuuut... shrug? As for the art (and to address an earlier comment), I did not notice any sloppiness or decrease in quality. Yes, there were a handful of panels that were far more detailed than the rest, but the overall art quality seemed consistent--and oh so pretty--the entire way through.

Read till chapter 17 cause, holly fuck, the story reunites some of the worst aspects of omegaverse packed in one beautiful art cover.
The Alpha is the typical possessive boyfriend, who doesn't show love or confess, but keeps acting like a guard dog towards people who gets close to the Omega, who aside from being oblivious of his obvious flirtation, smokes and takes a bunch of suppressants just to keep being by his side. There's also another Alpha, who's treated by the story as a third wheel but he's actually nice, respects his boundaries and would probably be a much better partner, because aside from the "childhood friends", they really doesn't have much chemistry.
But anyway, this whole drama might suit your taste. For me, if they're honest and compassionate towards each other, it's a good relationship. If it's not, I just tend to pass.

The art is gorgeous but the story has nothing more to give than the average love-triangle paired with misunderstandings and no communication. Though I find that the all of the characters have more spunk in this one, they're also pretty superficial.
