Description

From Dark Horse:
Imagine a world of magic, full of elves and hobbits and dragons and orcs. Inside this world of magic and wonder there is a great war being waged, using warriors from human history as chess pieces in a bloody, endless battle. Hirano’s new concept gathers famous warriors throughout history and puts them on both sides of good and evil, and then turned them loose in a bloody melee of madness.

At first I was skeptical. The art shown here didn't do it justice, and I am tired of historical samurai dramas. The plot takes a turn very quickly from a battle to the main character "drifting" to a new world with elves. After that the plot becomes solid, the characters badass with a hint of humor. I don't want to ruin the plot so I am going to stop here.

I really can't give a good comment atm but basing on the first 9 chapters, this manga shows great potential. The Characters are really interesting and the setting is somewhat base on the movie Lord of the Rings. The only annoying part is that its monthly and reading this will keep you wanting more
Also the main character is a badass and kinda similar to alucard.

This is like a weird manga/game setting, where these weirdos (playing god) sent ppl from different century to this fantasy world to do god know what. something similar to a character in an old book i use to read call "Animorphs" known as "Ellimist" If u read this series of books before then you know who "Ellimist". look it up in wiki if you don't know this books series.

Teh author, kouta hirano,is a fucking bastard, as can be expected to the author who take entire months off between hellsing and set it so that each chapter is like, ten pages, literally.

Anyways, you gotta stick with drifters for two or three chapters. The bloody beginning that just went on with a WTF calms down, and soon enough it becomes awesome as hell. I mean, the freaking satisfaction from finish reading the good chapters is amazing.

Art is as good as always. Hirano's a bastard, but the art is always top-notch, without fail. Seriously. I mean, every now and then you'll see a character that's like, "WTF is that girlycard?" or "WTF is that Walter?" but it's just his awesome art style, which becomes epic. I mean, at least get to chapter nine; I CANNOT WAIT until the volumes are released. Trust me, it's epic.

There's drama, action, bloody as fuck shit, but then there are those awesome comedy moments that are just ha ha ha wtf is this crap, but it's worth it. Hirano's a freaking genius, although you know that he's just drawing to feed his otaku habits, shit.

when u started to read ... is confused and u wont like much but after 3 chappter u will gonna fall in love with it..by time u wanted more more.....is has relly strong story n reallly good action ..much better then hellsing

Gotta say when I first saw this I was kinda turned off by it, but if you keep with it you will be rewarded. Currently I place this manga about where hellsing was at it's peak and as far as I can see the story is just picking up.

when it starts off you're just thinking like, wtf is this?
but it's by the author of hellsing, so you stick with it
then a couple chapters later, you're just like,
fuck yeah
