2 Chapters (Complete)

This is a short story that allows you to contemplate the delicacy of life through metaphors and characters. It reminds us of many things that we take for granted and was a very nice read that shows realistic characters without having to delve into a lot of character development.
I loved it! And I'm so happy I picked it up - cover made me decide:
The art is wonderful, truly great, the characters interesting, it's got depth and the story packed in there was nice, too. I don't expect great plots in oneshots or stories with just two chapters, so there wasn't a bad surprise, meaning, plot was okay. I really enjoyed "Dead flowers" and so should you. You may have to be a little depri/emo or such to be able to relate more to the story... but just a little 😉 Go ahead and read it! You won't regret your choice!!
How poignantly this story was told and illustrated! The words were short and well chosen to relay the message and the illustrations were clean, vivid, expressive and flowing.
The power of one stranger's life connecting with another's and the repercussions about life and learning that pivot their lives down vital paths they never would have experienced without one another is astonishingly and deftly told in this brilliant little piece.
The way the young lady's compassion and thoughtfulness for the young boy and her respect and time devoted to understanding his perspective has life saving properties for both of them.
The only suggestion for improvement I could possibly come up with would be perhaps more scenes of the motorcyclist and the young boy or perhaps more reasons for the reader to understand why she liked that entirely unlikeable boyfriend of hers! (Although the scenes with the sister never felt supercilious; rather, they enhanced the background of the boy and the motorcyclist.) But both those issues were minor! The scenes with the boyfriend could be considered to add a 'realism' element to the girl, giving her motivation to change her life and move forward with her thoughtful, meditative empathetic personality.
Well worth the thought-provoking, humbling read that really made me feel strongly for the young man and his quiet smiles and strange affiliation with heartbeat 'music.' It was empowering.
such a nice story, anyone looking for a quick story thats quite enjoyable should deffinately try this one
