Seikain Academy is an institution for the children of the elite. Amongst its students are twins Ouri and Himeri, who differ from each other in every way imaginable. The eldest twin, Ouri, is a listless member of the soccer club, while his younger sister, Himeri, is on the honor roll and serves as an assistant to the student council.
