I’m only at about 30 chapters in, and so far it’s only been a poorly built magic system/world. It seems to be some kind of fusion of dungeons/reincarnation?? Never seen it before. Would be so interesting but the concept isn’t really fleshed out. Aside from that the characters are mostly one-dimensional, the ml is… confusing. Very mixed signals. It seems like he has a super soft spot for her and she doubts it, so I thought it was a typical main character obliviousness situation, but she was right!!! He did not trust her!! Strange that his actions should say differently.
The one truly redeeming quality of this story and that honestly kind of blew me away was the main character herself. Yeah, she’s kinda weak and acts a bit sheepishly. But she’s strong when she needs to be. She has a level of professionalism that she always employs when it comes to her position as vice president. She’s still kind and bubbly, but cold and calculative when she suspects something is up. She plays to her strengths! I think her character is very nuanced when compared to other female leads that are just so… flat.
Not to say that she’s the best character ever but I thought she was really refreshing. Although like lost other stories in this genre, she seemed to get over her past life unnaturally quickly, barely even thinks of of it outside of the game she reincarnated into, and assimilated into her character way too easily.

This is a good story, but it does suffer from iffy/bad translation quality. Even if the translation was good, many details about the setting are not comprehensibly and clearly given in the manhwa. This manhwa also seems to be missing important scenes and details that were in the novel. If I hadn't read the novel, I'm not sure I would understand what is going on in the story very well.

I liked the novel quite a bit and thought it was better than average stories for sure. This manhwa is just additional content for me and nothing more.

This manga had a rocky start for sure, the characters, story, and translations that I found were pretty disjointed and confusing. However once you get past the beginning few chapters the story starts to have you fully immersed. Before I knew it I had caught up to the most recent chapter. The FL is strong and the story doesn't place a big emphasis on romance which is always fun. And though the ML is still mostly a mystery (though a little flat) it is fun to see the two interact and to try to figure out what's going on from the breadcrumbs the author is leaving us. I look forward to more coming out.
