Given that this is Author’s first published book, it’s really nice to read. I don’t favor 3P very much but I did enjoy this book. Character design and backstory is pretty smooth, there’s no choking and weird back flash within the storyline. Mutual respect and love they both have with Sakai is truly wholesome to see, I guess it’s the best ending for a love triangle where no one gets left behind. The fight between the 2 seme was fun to watch and lack of communication qbetween Sakai and Nishimura also was lovable to see!

This manga has 2 stories.

First one is a love triangle. I had a lot of expectations regarding it, besause I loved character design and problem that they were meeting, but it was only ok, because many issues were not resolved and I felt sad about second love interest. 

Second story cute and hot! Not a lot of depth but fun read.

All manga had really hot love making scenes 🤤, so it's a plus.

However,
I would have liked if more of the manga was about how they being together was like.
The other story was quite good but nothing special.

I definitely thought I would be more put off by all the typical yaoi pitfalls (b-b-but he's straight!! etc) but honestly it wasn't bad. I personally prefer the outcome of this love triangle compared to the expected outcome. Kitada is obviously set up to be the one who loses out, but he's really not a bad guy (by yaoi standards) and I'm glad he gets some degree of happiness. It seems like others were bothered by the threesome but I personally think it's hot! Yeah, it's not the best example of a healthy polyamorous relationship, but this is cliche yaoi. And for cliche yaoi, it's pretty good.

Not the deepest manga when it comes to threesomes but it's definitely far better than the majority, and is at least believable to a certain extent. I think I could 'get' the characters and how their relationships came to be by the conclusion of the story, so that's already a plus. The second story is also quite cute, and even funny too. I really like the chibis as well.

After the last 6 disappointing threesome mangas I read, this one was like an oasis in the desert. The ending seemed like the story could have kept going, & I really hoped that the signs that the rivals were starting to get along would have bloomed into something....I mean in the end, the only truely good threesomd mangas are when the 3 love eachother mutually & refuse to let go if either partner.

The second story was cute. It's nuce to see an uke chase & tease a seme he knows has a crush on him.

A manga with threesome, and so I have no idea how to judge it. I am not tied down by monogamist ideals of a live life but I do feel that it is an unconscious part of me because my initial reaction was ugh.
I am still not sure about and will probably come back to this in the future. But yes, I would no hesitate to recommend it to others as I did not find this repulsive.

I have to agree with Tentacle I really enjoyed Midnight Dancer, but the main story just fell flat. I would love to see a real polyamorous relationship in yaoi, but that has yet to happen. The entire relationship is weird and the flow makes no sense to me. To me it felt like Kitada was in love with the MC but then it was just kind of dismissed, the entire story just felt weird and unnatural. The art is nice, the smut is great, and the story had a lot of potential, it was just not executed well. If it wasn't for the second story I would have given this a 5.

Midnight ☆ Dancer's Strategy on the other hand I really enjoyed, even though it was 90% smut it had just enough story line to make me fall for the characters and their relationship, I would love to see a continuation to this one. I would give this story an 8 if it was on it's own.

Something about polyamorous relationships doesn't sit well with me. I just can't seem to grasp the concept of having 2 or more people you equally like at the same time. Having said that, I can still say that the smut scenes were really hot in the first story and the uke was a buff guy (my personal favourite,tbh) but I hated the fact that Sakai didn't pick Nishimura over Kitada and manipulated both of them into having an exclusive polyamorous relationship with him. Not my cup of tea.
The second story was about a stripper and the bodyguard of the strip house and it's the best thing I've read in a while. The sexual tension was unreal and the smut scenes were unbelievable. This one needs a continuation.

Midnight Dancer's Strategy had a predictable story line, but the smut was great. It was a fun read.

The title story was very hot as well, but I liked the unique polyamory story line too. It was interesting to read about all three sides of this relationship (especially the side that reared it head in the last chapter).
I loved the sex-positive Kitada!

I'm looking forward to future manga by this mangaka.
