What happens when a girl and an eccentric student council president happens to meet?! A youthful love comedy between an abnormal boy and girl!
1 Volume (Complete)

So far, I'm liking it. Might change the rating later after it's done.
I'm giving it a high rating because I have high hopes for this manga and I'd like to give it a fair start.
The lead girl moves from Tokyo to a different district, meets a weird dude who turns out to be the president of the SC. She gets invited to join as treasurer of the council, the council consisting of: a cute VP who turns out to be a crossdresser infatuated with the president; a guy who takes care of a mannequin, the reason why is soon revealed; and another who seems pretty normal until he's revealed to be a bit of a weirdo with stalker tendencies.
The events are a bit weird and the humor is...well, not exactly the witty kind, more like slapstick. The lead girl is okay and at least she's not the Mary Sue type with a glittery background every effing time. Sorry, I've a love-hate relationship with the generic heroines of shoujo manga.
There are no evident cliched tropes and so far I haven't been able to predict things other than the obvious romance that will be ensuing between the leads at some point, which is a plus for me. I like getting surprised, although the unexpected turns aren't groundbreaking. All the characters are likable so far.
We'll see where this manga goes. Ch. 4 updated so far
hahaha. it's quite entertaining. the art is very much my liking. the story is not complicated nor annoying. it is very light and sweet to read. well, I can't hope so much from just one volume. the characters are not annoying. well, overall it is a good read if you want a little cracker.
Kind of bland, and the humor wasn't that funny either. The president's grass-eating habit was just plain weird, and though that's his character, it wasn't quirky enough to be interesting. There wasn't much romance either; it was more like the girl came to a new school and met weird people, but none of their characters were well-developed. I didn't expect much from one volume though. Read this if you just want to pass time.
