Performed a merger with Production I.G on December 1, 2007 to form IG Port by becoming a subsidiary.

Had a strong partnership with Tokyopop.

Label MAGKAN PLUS is in collaboration with cmoa but only in distribution. Technically, those digital stores never own the right so don't use them as a magazine. This applies to all digital stores.
