the series starts out quite well, and I laughed a lot during the first 2/3 of the series.... but then, the love triangles and conspiracies just got too suffocating... And I couldn't stand how the couple is just constantly at each others' throats, wanting break ups and what not....

also, as man pointed out, the ending sucks. In fact, I suggest that you just skip the last couple chapters, and imagine your own ending instead.

It was great the first couple of volumes or so until the author added a whole bunch of drama that seemed to just drag on and on and on.
I started reading because I saw the drama, which I loved, but this manhwa has turned out to be a disappointment. The comedy was distracting and annoying at times - I mean, even during romantic scenes, you need to crack a joke? What the hell, it totally killed the mood.
Thank god the drama had the common sense to end it when it needs to. This manwha could've been done in half the length. Their romance seemed rushed and cheap (the whole ploy on the loneliness thing) and as much as I wanted to like it, I find myself trudging through the last 50 chapters or so.

At the beginning, I really liked this series - but now, after 117 chapters, I'm pretty much done. As the series dragged and dragged on, whatever humor was originally present has vanished, the drama has increased by an enormous percentage, and somewhere along the road, I've stopped liking/feeling sorry for the characters, and have just become annoyed by them.

Also, at this point, I don't even remember a good deal of what has happened in the story, it being both not memorable enough and read too long ago. So I have almost no idea of what is happening anymore, and I'm certainly not going to put myself through re-reading.

I DID enjoy this at one point, but for me, said point has long passed. Once it finally ends (nowhere in the foreseeable future), and if I hear it got better from this point on, I may try it again and revise my opinion. But in the meantime, I think I'm dropping this.

This manhwa is amazing, the art is beautiful and the characters are unique! I also love the fact that the two main characters didn't fall in love with eachother immediately. Instead it took time (alot of it) for their relationship to at least become less bitter. I'll leave it at that, I don't want to spoil anything. Anyways definately a great story if you want something that you'll remember for a long time. <3

this one is... just wow. i cannot wait until the next one comes out. this, skip beat, and perfect girl evolution are the ones i check every day to see if they are updated.

at frist it will seem a little wierd but with this one the gag drawings dissapear and it becomes a great drama with beautiful drawings

at first manhwas were too complicated for me to read. i dont know why but sometimes i cant catch the order of the events. whatever i got used to somehow and goongis the best one of manhwas i read. i think the story is good but when the politics gets involved it becomes really suitable for dramas i think. and yet i have heard there is actually a drama 😀
some drawings which are for comedy parts are really ugly but i try to bear with them.and i really love the ones at the beginning of the chapters or covers etc. and clothing is really cool i mean the ones that che-kyung wears. I'm wondering the end of course so i am looking forward to see next chapters and despite the existence of ugly drawings i recommend it.

Goong is the my favourite mahnwa next to You're So Cool. I really enjoyed reading this mahnwa since I am sucker for stories like "hate-turning-into-love".

We first off seen how Chae-Gyeong and Shin were first met. They were really actually in a bad situations most of the time. I remember Shin even said to her when they first met, "There's no way I'm gonna marry a person like you!". Heh, but who would ever thought that his statement would contradict to what is destined for them? Although they hated the arranged marriage at first, they slowly are getting to know each other. Especially Shin. From a reader's point of you, you will see how Shin so transparent to his feelings for his wife. Even if he shows that he doesnt care but his acts and what he thinks are overflowing...Plus he is very possesive. (Eg. A scene where Chae-Gyeong was sent to the hospital due to her being malnourish and her mom asked Shin if she could take her home but Shin directly declined her wish thinking that "once she recovered and realized that her real happiness is with her family, she might not come back to me")

On the other hand, we all know that Chae-Gyeong has liked Shin ever since so it's really no biggie if we see her with overflowing feelings for Shin but sometimes I really pity her with her situation towards how Shin treats her coldly. I try to picture myself in her shoes and I could have died if i were her.. lol.

Love Triangles.. Oh i'm such a sucker for these. The tension and wide sparks between 3-4 people involved in a relationship are mainly the interesting things to see in a manga/manwha

Not only this mahwa has a good and comical plotline, it also has good artwork. I mostly skipped the historical stories (since i dont really feel like studying histories at all...lol) but overall it is a really great mahnwa to read and worth of your time. So 9/10 for that 🙂

If you guys enjoy stories that has historical theory, romance with comedies,"hate-turns-love" and looking at transparent characters, here's a manhwa for you to look at 🙂

i've just finished watching the drama a couple of minutes ago, and it's just awesome!....the manga is so amazing, too, because the characters look cuter and the story progress in a better way...definitely a must read.
