Perhaps to some, they can call these stories "love".
In my perspective only the first story had any plausible/believable 'love' as such. A fickle, love of convenience, but none the less, I felt that the relationship actually was in perspective one of (sorta) equals, with the seme having to pay up a bit in return.
Otherwise the master/slave story was sickening at best. It had nothing short of disgust.
Then the last story was in my point of view, even more riveting than the master-slave. This is probably because the master-slave story in some way, from its very setting could foretell that it wouldn't end well, yet at least both characters had gotten their laughs, both were twisted. But the last story started out nicely about a pair of childhood friends, but then spoilers ahead
The uke is forced to give head when he obviously doesn't want to and is in school and late to class (on the way to which he is molested on the train by said 'friend'). The guy then wants to stick it into his ass, and makes a move. Whats worse, he's demeaning all the time "Hey I've been wanting to do this" "You want to make it to class right?" "and watch your teeth" and the uke only says "oh he used to be nice, but then we started fooling around with each other and it became like this...". Later on he gets angry (like he didn't always seem angry from the start!), supposedly because the uke is not feeling his sorry excuse of "love" and it gives him the right to hit his friend, say "oh your gonna go bawling now that I want to stick it up your ass! (again)" and then he says, "BUT I LUUUBBB YOU" and the uke is so happy he breaks it off with the nice girl who likes him to stay with this asshole. By the way, apparently the uke is still a 'virgin' down there, and the guy just likes to "I'll tear a new hole down there" type of sex.Yeah this story had all the romance in the world. I'm SO SORRY I am not convinced. All I see is a plaything for this seme guy who only cares about getting a fuck. He already showed that he is easy to violence and doesn't care about the uke to begin with, it's all about what HE wants when HE wants it and how HE needs it. Total one side affair here, not even close to equals or anything. Disgusting I tell you.
But well, what do I know! The rest of the world thinks otherwise so screw me and my morals. I obviously shouldn't be reading this type of manga...Though I am. And I have a right to warn others who potentially think that these stories are nice little 'romances' that contain 'love'. They don't come close. Maybe stockholm syndrome? I guess that's what I see anything beyond chapter 2.
