[From ShoujoMagic]:
Angela is suffering from a terrible illness that keeps her confined... One day a magician comes to her window to visit... Will his magic change her fate?
Oneshot (Complete)

Short, sweet, and to the point is how I'd describe this story. I liked the message of it. For those who didn't get it:
The girl, Angela, is terminally ill and close to death. A magician appears outside her window and invites her to his show. Angela begs her parents to let her go as her "last wish." At the show, she is chosen for the magician's disappearing trick. He places her inside a coffin and makes her disappear. When Angela's father demands to know where his daughter has gone, he discovers that the "magician" has vanished. Then the crowd looks into the sky to see the "magician" carrying a scythe as well as Angela. It turns out that the magician is actually Death or a messenger of Death, and he has "stolen away" Angela to a realm of "dreams and illusions." When he invited her to his show, he was actually calling her to her own death. Essentially, he tells her that it is her time to go, and she understands, so she accepts her fate with a calm face as she enters the coffin.
If you're a fan of micro-fiction, you'll probably enjoy this. Although, even if not, the story is only about nine pages, so it won't take up too much of your time to read.
It was pretty awesome the art.
the story well she was sick and a magician just went to the city
she said she wanted her last wish it's kinda sweet cuz she got the last request
As always, the artwork and thematic styling of Mihara's work is pure genious. I just felt that this story was lacking something a lot of her other short stories have. It was a bit low on the "magic" quality that makes you think about what just happened.
i dont know...
but i somehow get it...
but i wish that mihara sensei made the ending a little bit clear..
cause i dont really know if its a happy or sad one..
but overall it has sense of mystery and i love it!!!
