Whoever rated this a 1 probably didn't understand the time travelling explanation. 🤣 To be fair, I didn't either. Just enjoy the story without blowing up your brain!
Love the art and the concept. There's a hint of how hypocritical the MC is, wanting to be a politician to create a fair and just society, yet he's cheating everybody (and himself) by doing everything with the help of 11 copies of himself.
Awesome storyline, pacing, art, and it was a short and sweet read too.
UPDATE: I just finished this webtoon. And I have to take down a rating because the ending was waaaaaay too rushed.
Sure, it's a happy ending because they all somehow come to terms with their decisions and they came to a joint agreement of sorts ... but there are SO many unanswered questions.
1 got to live on his own and went with the girl, 2-9 met up with the two kids in the future, and 10-11 went off on their own.
But like... that's it, really? Gibeom is a highly intellectual individual, and this entire webtoon was very "brainsy" too, so I would've expected a better explanation as to HOW all the Gibeoms came to the conclusion that they did.
One last comment: I appreciate that Gibeom is a moral guy. He didn't leave/kill that "friend" he brought to the past, and brought him back. This spoke volumes but was swept under the rug. Seriously, Gibeom's character could've been highlighted better, but the ending was a whirlwind.
The ending itself is fine, but it felt so unsatisfying to have everything end in the way that it did. But all in all, I did appreciate this webtoon a lot for its art and hilarity. If only the ending was more fleshed out!
