Toxic cheating FL returns to the past to torment and betray her husband and steal their child by carefully manipulating him. ML suffered so much coz of her in the 1st time she is neither a good wife or good mother she is literally a attention seeking hollow evil bch who abandoned ML without any 2nd thought in seconds.
FL manipulates her son like a pro to betray ML and do her bidding that's just yucky to read after she neglected him for 15 freaking years and it only took her like 4 chapters to mend their relationship like her son vincent forgot all the neglect and abuse she had done to him in a day after she suddenly started to become nice, never questioning anything even her motives.
If things don't go her way she starts to cry and gaslight everyone looking pitiful and sad. Even MLs trusted people betray him coz of her which will eventually lead to his downfall so FL can help her house and save the prince to make her house more powerful.
She tortures ML in every psychological way possible like always making him feel that he is her 2nd choice, he didn't to enough for her and her many suitor choices. She was ready to cheat him with jaun or any other men in a blink.
Even her mother betrayed MLs mother causing deep emotional scars on entire MLs family and ML turned out broken but she did not feel any sympathy or sadness all she cared about was her nephew which was gonna rule the empire who only got there coz ML did all the dirty work to make him the only prince.
Her family are filled with wicked people like her brother who blackmails the ML to do their dirty work like making FL older sister queen while FL remains ignorant blaming all on ML like a moron.
Her family literally survived coz of MLs blood, sweat and killing lol her incompetent brother and older sister gained their status coz of him still she denied his efforts and rushed to betray him without any second thought just so her nephew can become the only prince and rule the empire.
Everyone used ML for their gain like a slave, FLs family, emperor, even FL but when he tried to retaliate and stand up for himself FL just backstabbed him to protect herself and her prince nephew without even a hint of guilt.
After her brother died she took the first chance she got to divorce ML and stop him from standing up for himself and protect his house when emperor was trying to destroy him for what? just so her families power increase more and bring down ML.
She left her son without any a second thought to inherit her house and plot against ML, wasn't her motivation in the beginning to care for him but she got greedy af truly a heinous attention seeking bch in every why this FL.
One of the worst side character development it's like everyone worships FL with any challenge. Mobs forcing her son to accept her and dismissing his feelings of resentment just coz she is being nice for a week is just plain psychotic character writing.
The ending is just more disgusting ngl ML forgives her after she literally sent him to a guillotine by snitching on him then out of her superficial love she saves him idk what drug author was on to write something this cringe lol.
At the end of the day FL is just too toxic and evil disguised as someone pitiful. A trash read in every way!
