This is absolutely one of my favorite manhua I have read. The story itself doesn't do anything particularly original but is perfectly serviceable, and more importantly the writing and (really beautiful) art combine to make an amazing sense of atmosphere. The melancholy, longing, and conflicting feelings, the darkly urban setting, the underlying current of sweetness--these all combine to make you really feel an emotional connection to the main characters and also maintains a sense of tension and heartache throughout.

I highly recommend this! Don't be fooled by the title, which makes it sound like erotica (or a typical yaoi) - this is primarily a love story with dark themes, and there are only a couple of sex scenes, which are not super explicit.

kinda hard to keep up with the names and relations and everything but that could just be the translations or me not paying enough attention (i’m kinda bad with chinese names).
