In a certain village, in a certain cave, lies a young girl that has been sacrificed. A certain mysterious man comes to her rescue...
Another series based in the original world of Yurara no Tsuki.
4 Volumes (Complete)

This one is another series based in the world of Yurara no Tsuki.
The story itself centers on Yume who was chosen when she was 10 years old to be a vessel/suppressor to an evil god by being put to sleep for the rest of her life. Hi'ichirou-sensei (the guy who can read people's hearts if he hugs them) unable to save her at the time, returns after 8 years (this takes place not long after Rasetsu no Hana). He wakes Yume up and tries to help her control the evil god inside her while also protecting her from the heavenly gods who would return her to her prison-like sleep.
Mild spoilers ahead.
As one may guess, Yume and Hi'ichirou-sensei are destine for romance, but it takes awhile for it to show up. Yume is 18, but is still mentally 10 years old and it's awhile before she starts maturing and begins realizing her growing feelings towards Hi'ichirou-sensei.
On the whole Yume is a good character. She's not too typical shoujo'ish and has some interesting potential power available to her via the ancient god. She has thousands of black hellish butterflies stored in her, but she can purify them into white butterflies. Black butterflies spread bad feelings and the white butterflies spread good feelings. Hi'ichirou-sensei is a guy whose childhood was not the most loving and was pretty lonely due to his power. When he first met Yume, she had struck a cord in him by her mere acceptance of him and his powers, thus his reason for wanting to rescue her. He goes through a lot to keep her safe, but he always treats her kindly and respectable.
There are also a few recurring characters from the previous manga. Aoi (Hi'ichirou-sensei assistant) and Rasetsu (who still needs her sugar fixes) have a pretty decent role. And Yakou later on also makes an appearance. Seeing old fond faces always adds more to a story.
It's a story based on the characters. The story line is a little thin, but there's more to it then just the typical high school setting. On the whole, it's an enjoyable read.
