This manga made me sad. Near tu crying. I seriously don;t know why but it made me sad. )=. But the ending wasn;t good. I didn;t get the ending at all. I want tu read the sequel but it hasn;t been translated or scanned yet.
It was a pretty short manga considering the time span of the story, but I still liked it. It was a bit more realistic than some shoujo mangas because of the somewhat open-ending, and just as the mangaka mentioned in one of the sideliner notes, the story really does have to do with timing (just as with a lot of things in real life).
If you want a short and bitter sweet story, this is a good choice. However, if the idea of an open ending is turning you off to read it you should keep in mind that there is a sequel (which now I'm really wanting to read), so it probably means that there is a more closed ending in that one (but we'll just have to wait till that one gets scanalated to see).
Shindou or Haruka? I don't really get it. This manga isn't really exciting or engaging. Perhaps since three years passed by in four chapters and everything was just thrown in so quickly before it was given a chance to really sink in. Or I just might be an idiot, lol. Anyway, I can't really appreciate it. I've read one-shots which are more touching than this. 3 years just gave me a detached feeling.
