Description

Death delayed due to scheduling difficulties.
Chaeyoon, once a famous hero, now lives as an unknown hunter, fulfilling the odd dying wishes of ex-colleagues before he can end his own life. Haunted by the past and drawn to Jihan, a skilled hunter he meets, Chaeyoon questions whether fulfilling last wishes and finding his own solace is possible.

Read all manhwa until season 2, finished the novel

As a hunter themed action manhwa, this manhwa take the trope of a really strong hero guy who hides his power. Might be a cliche to some people, but believe me, it's more than that.

Unlike other "i pretend to be a fragile boy while actually i can destroy the world" series, this manhwa doesn't take it too far. The MC, Yoonseo (or Chaeyoon) does know his power so he doesn't exaggerate that much. But the people around him are no fools either, as they catch on quick and no of those "You're just a weakass so don't you dare!" Trope.. (well there is but it's not like that.. if it make sense).

And his reason to hide his power was not that shallow "I just want to live peacefully" trope either. While this reason to hide one's power is valid, but the MC reason was more deep than that. As the title suggest, he's just tired, had mental health problems, and scdal thought. And i think the author address these mental health problems well too. There were reasons for why he came to the way he is now. It was satisfying to see how the MC gradually open up slowly to the other male lead.

The action-fabtasy and the BL aspect in this manhwa is well balanced imo, so balanced that people who aren't into BL might able to read this manhwa if you read the R15 one, since the action, sci-fi aspect was that good.

My last thought, I like how the MC is the strongest but also the most fragile. I like how he's a hero but also a human. These 2 aspects really shows that those OP characters can get tired too. I like how the storytelling isn't overdramatic either. The comedy, sad moments, etc are well balanced.

This has become one of my favorites. If you're looking for steamy hot BL every chapter, this isn't it. But the top is supportive and caring, albeit a bit cocky, but he empathizes with the bottom. The bottom suffered immensely and but is hiding his identity for very valid reasons.

Nothing feels like a cop out. The characters have strong feelings and emotions driven by valid reasons, and the twist on why the wishes were made actually made my heart wrench. It's a beautiful story.

The action scenes are fun and beautiful. The fights are intense and in general it's a great action fantasy.

Rather than being a BL with action, this feels much more like an action series with BL. The few BL scenes are good too, though the last few felt pretty forced in just to keep the BL fans interested... But I'll admit it's done in a way that cAn still be tied to the story in a way that makes sense.

Cannot wait to see what happens in the new season. Season 2 ended on a wonderful note, not a cliffhanger, so I can wait patiently. Great story. Love it.

It is a good story with some deeply emotional scenes but I'm not feeling it so far. I don't like the way MC's character arc and trauma are handled ( and the message it gives).The ML is supposedly very kind but so far I've found him pushy and annoying (why is he constantly smirking?). The romance also feels bit forced even though it is slow. The setting is cool but not that original. I plan to continue and hopefully the story will win me over.
