add 1 pure hearted /misunderstood scary guy, and good girl who can't say no
throw in bishi relative(?) who she has a crush on
toss a pinchof fated past meetings
and don't forget a generous scoop of moe

and you have something that makes you say awwwe, but won't surprise or inspire

Simple, and shoujo manga typicality, yet fluffy and cute in it's own way. The interactions between the characters are so great, you don't wanna miss it biggrin
Fast-paced, but at the right speed if you want a heart-warming ADORABLE short manga.

Yet another story where the female lead...

cares more about the 3rd wheel's feelings than she does her own boyfriend. Not only that, she also lies to her boyfriend to hide the fact that she was voluntarily spending time with the 3rd wheel when she had promised her boyfriend that she'd watch him during the festival. Both her and the 3rd wheel are the types of characters that I hate the most in these sorts of stories.

I read up to ch.17, omg, the couple is just so innocent and cute!! smile
At first, it does feel like a normal typical shoujo manga, but I find that the development of the characters are quite enjoyable too. smile

If there are more than 10, I will pick it as this manga rating. It seems I can't read a chapter without going 'gosh that's too cute' or 'this is too sweet' or 'where I can find a guy like this'. If you're looking for a shojo manga with great male lead and adorable female lead plus nice side characters, I super recommend this for you!

I am glad she didn’t go the complicated romantic route with Sou’s feelings towards his niece like what was originally planned. The characters are cute. But there is honestly no striking conflict. It is a nice light read about teenage love.

A bit confusing . . .

Maybe it was the scanlation I read or the general layout, however, the dialogue and some scenes are somewhat confusing. Hopefully it will make more sense when I purchase the print volumes.
Despite this, I like the premise of this manga and although I have only read 6 chapters, I think I have gotten a pretty good feel of the story so far (well, mostly). It does seem a little weak as far as protracted conflict is concerned, however, I think it's good to read a story like that every once in a while. (Though to reiterate, I have only read 6 chapters so far.)
It's definitely not up there with series like Koi dano Ai dano, however, I would still recommend it.

So cute and sweet

I really like this series! I've only read up to volume 2 (only two volumes have been published so far), but I already really like the characters and the simple/sweet plot line. While the series is very tame and innocent (which some might find boring/predictable), I find it rather refreshing. While some parts may seem a tad cliche, I don't feel that it's in a bad way. I get so tired sometimes of all the melodrama that you find in shojo mangas - this series seems to turn away from that and excels with it's simple and sweet plot line.

The characters seem to be more realistic to me than most shojo. It's nice to have a kind, gentle male lead (that simultaneously comes across as quite manly) compared to the typical brooding/prince-type/cold hero that we so often see. Taiga is so cute and I LOVE that he's a tough guy but is still very sweet and friendly. And Nao is a nice heroine as well. She's shy and quiet, but she's quickly growing more courageous and strong-willed. They're interactions are adorable and remind me of how exciting and heart-pounding your first crush/love can be.

Really great start so far, I'm excited to read more!

It's sweet, pretty amusing and the art is adorable. So far it's a fairly typical shoujo but enjoyable none the less. The main male lead is the type I sympathize with so I can't help but look at this series in a favorable light.
