beautifully poetic and sentimental

It's very rare for me to enjoy a manga with a slight Christian motif, but this one works very well. The theme of heaven, God and redemption played out very well and made the plot all the more poignant. I really enjoyed the couples depicted (except the first one. it was just the odd one out) and really liked the connection between them all. Shinobu and Sado's story moved me the most in it's depiction of an uneasy but fierce love with a confounding beginning. The art is very well done and emotionally fitting, the scene of Shinobu's confession comes to mind as well as Sado's final dream of his brother. Although I liked the manga as it is, I would also really love some sequels where the mangaka goes in more depth about some of the relationships, such as the start to Shinobu and Sadou's (and the turbulence it goes through as Sado becomes more involved with the yakuza) as well as the progression of the rest of the couples.

I agree Yoshimasa in that I really wish some of the characters were drawn differently since it was hard to tell some of them apart (akiha and kameda come to mind immediately). Also the way some of the speech was constructed and the placement of the bubbles made it a little hard to distinguish who was talking as well. These are my only complaints on this manga, everything else was beautifully done. A great and heartfelt work by this mangaka.

Truly an Ensemble

I love this so much. The characterizations were honestly very unique and while some manga link their characters from one volume to the next in the form of cross overs, and/or short appearances, to come upon a manga where there is no absolute main lead at all-thus an ensemble-is absolutely thrilling.
Moreover, the varied range of emotions which were explored within the confines of these few chapters was also breathtaking. This kind of range and depth is really hard to come by.
Lastly, the artwork itself is also quite beautiful and fitting.

The first time reading chapter 2 was so confusing for me, but my questions were generally answered by the end of the whole manga so at least I wasn't fumbling around for too long. And I like all of its couples, which is actually rare for a collection featuring so many! And I really adorE this mangaka's style of drawing chibis so, so much. It adds a cute, vibrant touch to an otherwise sentimental and gloomy story.

I agree with Yoshimasa(comment below) but leaving aside that i am planning on reading this again ( cause i find it necessary) this is a great set of stories, i loved the connections and how they were related and basically everything, sweet and heart-wrecking beyond words...

Pretty much what you'd expect. Bittersweet stories with sad past and happy ending.
Only flaw is the characters are all similarly drawn and I find it confusing while reading. I still can't have the couples well defined in mind, after reading it constantly with a list of characters by the side!!
Pretty annoying!

Tragedy alert

These "dead lovers", "accident", "unexpressed feelings" tags aren't here for nothing. Reading this manga got me very emotional. I actually cried as I read the second and the last chapter. Other than that, it's a compilation of short, shounen-ai stories where pretty much all the characters seem to know each other and help each other with their love problems. It's a nice read, nonetheless.

I didnt expect it to be so damn touching!!!~ so much feels, so much love and tears!! And a happy end!!
Awesome art that was perfect for the story and all the characters were really adorable!!!
This is one of the best collection of one shots!! Really all the feelings!!! teary
I totally recommend it!!!!~ i cant see anything bad about this manga, only that i would want more of it!!! Even if there wasnt any sex scenes but it wasnt necessary!! Coz it was just a really great piece of work!! Arigatou mangaka-san!!!! >\\< it had moments of comedy,pain,joy,fun,cuteness and much moments of love between all the lovely couples!!~
