Description

Ibusuki Rokusuke is unlucky enough to have a girl who's downright crazy for him. While trying to escape her twisted idea of love, he sneaks into an inn... which happens to be run by a witch who does not appreciate it when people try to stay without paying first.

...oh, and the crazy girl got there before him. Poor guy...

Picked this up not expecting anything so Iwasn't disappointed...
Panel to panel, chapter to chapter it gets more confusing.
I liked the art and the tanned godess with her aloof character and expressions thats why it got 4 points out of 10.
Don't pick this up if you want a plot or realistic characters.
Pick this up if you like yanderes, gore, abuse of catgirls, tanned busty females or just a quick read with nice fanservice.

but it is too confusing. its as if theres a chapter that i miss, telling about background or something. everything jump around, and the panelling just weird. the characters are boring - i'm okay with sadistic characters, i find them interesting, but these are one dimensional over the top girls. the comedy is not funny, the art is bleh. better not waste your time.

Fathom is right.

I was having a seizure trying to understand with what was happening as it starts out with 0 back story and then panel to panel nothing is consistent.
This could of been good but all the problems Fathom listed coupled with the random and sporadic scene jumping from panel to panel it's hard to make sense of anything much less enjoy it. It makes no damn sense why the guy can't or won't just leave the inn.

Couldn't stand this series

Even though there's 5 chapters scanlated already, I barely got past 1.

A guy runs away from a psychotic girl and ends up being held hostage at a inn he hid in by a witch who loves to drain his bank account. The witch befriends the psychotic girl and hires her as a maid, and allows the psycho girl to vent her love on the guy by slicing him up only to heal him later and force him to extend his stay at the inn.

What a horrible manga! I don't find it in the least bet amusing, romantic, or suspenseful at all. The psycho girl even slices up a cat, and people find that funny?

None of the characters are the least bit interesting. The male lead is obviously weak willed and unable to escape torture of both the inn owner and the pscyho girl. The inn owner is over the top in using her powers to torment the guy and is selfishly only interested in draining people of their money. Then there's the psycho girl who loves to cut up people, pets, and things w/ a medical scalpel. How is that entertaining?

If you're interested in a supernatural comedic horror romance, try "Magetsukan Kitan" instead.

Basically, it's very cutesy, very comedical, horror manga.

you wouldnt know it if you just skim over the content. Once you reflect back, it became:

A tale of a horrifical inn where a homicidal maniac of a maid stay with her would-be chosen fiance. Thanks for the magical blessings of the witch-hostess of that hotspring inn, the fiance wont die from the extremely rough plays of his guro fiancee. He cant leave because the hostess dont want to give up a rich paying guest and also he is a bit reluctant to leave his fiancee: leaving her murderous obsessions aside she's quite pretty girl. Alas, the real owner of that inn, a foreign godlet, interfere in this mess...

Still and all, it's a highly recommend manga. Pretty original in its way. Too bad it's only 2 volumes.

Enjoyable and rare heroine

The heroine of the series is Yandere which is quite rare in your usual cliche romance stories. (Wikipedia Yandere if you have no idea what it means)

Overall the series has its perks. The comedy is decent, the art is great, and the storyline is not too cliche. The manga is not boring, but it is not great. Give it a try and I'm sure you will enjoy it. The only thing keeping me from dropping this manga is the yandere heroine whom I find extremely amusing.

the first chapter comes off as a unique twist to this genre. Its funny, looks good, and is good. There's a lot of potential.

Or so I thought. I did have high hopes when I had only read the first 4 chapters. Now I've finished reading it, and I don't like the direction it goes in. A mean witch would be better than a FREAKING SERIAL MURDERER. The manga also doesn't have a lot of time since its short, and it never really develops too well.

The guy never comes off as likeable as time goes on but its worst than that because the situation is never really redeemed for him as well. fact is he's almost superfluous, yet he's treated badly, I mean really horribly(as in killed and revived daily, and locked up, and forced to live this life against his will). The best thing about this manga is the designs. It's somewhat funny at first but a lot less funny as time goes on and the gags don't change.

The translation is also a bit off. But seriously, who's left, the witch girl fails to fully redeem herself so you think she's not so bad, one is a murderer... only the cat is left, and she gets treated horribly as well, to the point that it does stop being amusing. The story meanders, and the characters become broken as the story progresses, basically functional psychopaths and sociopaths. Really when he thought of killing her I wouldn't have had a problem with it, and when the god was going to kill them all, I wouldn't have had a problem with it. There is no happy ending to this story, the trite that serves as the finale is a slap to the face of the reader, basically asshats get away with everything they want.

Wow! That girl who likes him is a scarier stalker than Yuno from Mirai Nikki. She hurts everything she loves? But it was definitely amusing and I agree with the other comment that it has potential.

Based on the one chapter I've seen so far, this series is got some major potential. The female protagonist is literally CRAZY for the male protagonist. Delicious yandere.

Oh, a warning though. Despite the fact that it's labeled Seinen, I can see a bunch of kiddies down voting it due to its graphic nature. If semi-graphic violence offends you, don't read. The female protagonist wields scalpels.

Now, if only the scanlation groups would release faster.
