Good and rich plot but mediocre storytelling style

Honestly, the first time I saw this title, I thought it'd be full romance. An alpha male is chasing after his lover. At first, my assumption was true and I enjoyed reading it even though some people may find it disturbing. Then as the story progressed, it became an adventure to search their true identity with lots of battles!!! The MCs fight here and there, searching some items, their identity, and so on which of course, it adds more spices to the plot. I never imagined that it needed 3 days 3 nights (almost without sleep) for 1500++ chapters!!! And how shocked I was when I knew there's more chapters I have yet to read, the latest chapter is around 11000+++!!! I feel like woow!! 3 days 3 nights aren't enough for the whole book!!! What I've read is only the beginning!! Only 13% from 11000+ chapters!!! Wooowwww!!! Fortunately or unfortunate, there's only 1500+ chapter which has been translated to English, so I can rest my eyes but not my heart (I'm still excited with how the story progressed and worry if one day, the translator will drop this book).

Ok.. I'm out of topic.

As I've said before, the plot is very rich. You will find romance, friendship, love, fake family, enemies, lots of hatred, lots of characters etc. But, I must admit that the triggers for some problems (rising actions) are same.

Most antagonist characters are blindly hate or jealous to female mc. It frustrated me so much, cause how shallow those characters are.. They're so 1D.. if they hate, they will hate forever till death. No character development at all. Simply idiot and wasted .
Despite that, I really like the both MCs and their gang, they're nice people (and perfectly perfect). I found myself searching their moments, cause they're adorable (and sexy). Their character developments are quite good, though, FMC still likes to make troubles. Fights and get stronger, fights and get more stronger (err... there's some cultivate things). Beware, it's Mary Sue which imo no probs ?

Authors' storytelling (writing) are mediocre to bad. Some sentence or whole paragraph are unnecessary cause they (authors) are persistently illustrating how beautiful, how strong, how.. etc etc.. the mc are (both male and female, oh well mostly male). And there's some things (event, character, items) they never tell us (the readers), useless prizes or.. maybe I haven't gotten that explanation part yet. Oh I forgot, there's a chapter which I think is unnecessary, a filler chapter which you can throw it out without reading that chapter but still get the whole idea of main story with the next chapter.

It's up to you if you want to read this series. Let me remind you once again.. it has 11000+++ chapters, if patience isn't your virtue, forget this book.

I truly love this novel. It has all the components i like in a story and i like the interaction between the 2 main characters. I am currently on Ch. 1037 i believe out of the current 1077 chapters that have been translated. I love where the story is at because a lot has happened (not revealing anything) and i feel content and at peace. I would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a new thing to read. Please be patient when reading this so that you can fully enjoy it like i have. I read a lot of books and get done with my homework fast so i have an immense amount of time to read. I binge read this for over a little over a week and i would recommend the same so that you can remember where you are at in the story with out having to re-read the previous chapter.

Neverending description of MC's beauty

Well, all in all a decent story, but it's slow and what really got me annoyed was that in almost EVERY sentence there was a description of the two MC's "Beauty" or "unfathomably deep eyes"...
and well the chapters consist mostly of 1/4 plot at most, 1/4 man trying to woo the girl and the girl "resisting", some action picturing the awesomeness of the MC and rest describing the appearance of the girl and man.

This story is very good and well written in my opinion. BUT there is a slight problem... the chapters are way too short and are released only one chapter per day. and there are already 5565 chapters out at this moment so... it would take like 20 years for the translator to catch up to the author. This story really needs more translators and faster releases.

A short summery that doesn't spoil five chapters in.
Well, a girl who is the best assassin evar has her heart broken and died right after.
She gets reborn into a person who was thought to be a genius and then when she took the test to her potential, she is worthless, everyone can guess this so let me say, she isn't.
While getting small revenge, she meets a man that is the most powerful, a super genius, and really hates other people, but likes her a lot and is pushy toward her only.

Okay, my opinion. This story is awesome!!! There's opness, really good romance, and super powers. Ah, the luck is too much, but she is blessed by the goddess of luck,(not confirmed but looks like it).

Currently at 105, but surprisingly found it better than Descent of the Phoenix despite its initial resemblance plot wise. The main character is also much better develop than DOP (Take no offence, Up to 200 in DOP but simply cannot get into the story at all, i cannot sympathize with the MC, and every chapter is bombarded with Baam I-am-so-OP kind of moments that the character developments really suffers)
kinda off track but in a nutshell, i appreciate Su luo for her strong personality, cunningness and never-ending blessings from Goddess of Luck.
the first few chapters might be boring,but because the chapters are relatively short, it is one of the novels where you have to bulk read in order to feel like the plot is moving 🙂

read up to 30 chapter. so far it is the same thing as Descent of the Phoenix, but it a bit slower and make a bit more sense, but cause it is slower then Descent of the Phoenix it have less action and less OMG moment. read this if you think Descent of the Phoenix going way to fast.
