Description

Pseudo incest

It is a VERY very psychological one. A bit much on the internal monologues though but it builds up. I needed SOOOOOO much patience with this one. The officials English translation looks to be up to ch. 21??!? Anyways, I'm only up to ch.18 for now. It's a very heavy read.... And I was reading it from 12 a.m -3 a.m. so and my health isn't when good right now so I was really overstressing it. But the story is just very deep and compelling. It's dark but also light in its own dark way?!? Idk how to describe it. Like the emotions are REALLY REALLY conflicting.... I meant the characters, lol, not mine. Anyways, it's a pretty good read. And the art is AMAZING. 💗💗

My reviews/ratings fluctuates as the story progresses, first a ten then an 8, then a ten, then a 9 or something like that. The reason is: either the flow of the story kind of hits wall or the story was meant to be delivered in such a way, at THAT particular phase in time I find incongruous. But the overall art is very good and the story is OUTSTANDING!!! 😊😊😁😁😁

Ok, so I've just read the summary for this story and it says that Valerie fell in love with Lianne Vinter but

I'm a bit confused bcz throughout the story, up to where I've read, Alexei was trying to figure out if Lerusha/Valerie, truly loves Lianne or not and then Lerusha said he wants out of this life and to go somewhere else and but that needs a lot of money so he needs a sponsor like Lianne.

But then, So like, does Lerusha really love Lianne or not?!? Or did Alexei convince himself that Lerusha does NOT?!? Like maybe likes him but NOT LOVE him?!? Idk. He was sure trying to get that info outta Lerusha but I can't make it head or tails. Time to reread?!

Adoption or true blood ties, once one person raises another and also engages in sexual relations, it's incest. So beware if you're sensitive to this, and rightly so. But then the storyline goes off in all directions without ever really coming to a conclusion. And suddenly, it's over. The strong point of the series remains the illustrations.
