There are a gazillion shounen oneshots that never turned into series. This is one of them - kind of. Its story was never continued - and since it wasn't that interesting, that's not much of a loss.

However, one can see a clear connection between this oneshot and what later became the amazing Sousei no Onmyouji. So while I don't recommend this oneshot, I'm glad it exists, because of what it paved the way for.
