Like the others, the character designs and artwork fits the story very well. The story had great potential but soon it became bland due to the female leads' naivety. If words can be summed up for this series, it's "wannabe magic, naivety and fake emotions."
The story keeps spouting to use "magic to make people happy" but all they do is make people dream about lies. People don't need to rely on magic to "dream about becoming a world soccer player" or "dream about reliving the past with their daughter" or "dream about drinking on the surface of the moon." In other words, the author try the trope of solving people's troubles with magic but in reality if you think about it, it's really just using magic to delude people. Why? Because what happens when people snap out of their dreams and come to their senses. The author never really touches any aspect to make the story believable. O yea, it's really believable that people can suddenly become happy go lucky after a simple dream...when their real life problems are still there.
The emotions are too short lived to make an impact for the readers. Also, the female mc's naivety and hard-headedness is embarrassing to read. Pleasing art but disappointingly annoying story and female mc. She looks cute though but that's it.

It wasn't that great of a story. It's just a bunch of random clips of unrelated things that occur in this girl's journey to become a great magician. It lacks real plot. It didn't seem very developed. I wasn't a big fan of Yume. She's too... dense.
On the other hand, I would like to read the side story Spellbound. It seems to have a lengthy story with a promising plot, whereas the original didn't.

Artwork is very good, but the storyline pales in comparison to other slice-of-life manga--it tries to get the same soft, light feel but totally FAILS. Stories lack true emotion; you never really understand and connect with the characters, and the main character's fits of emotion just plain make no sense. You're better off reading YKK over again or searching for the newest chapters of Aria.
Nice artwork, but storyline is boring and can be confusing at times.
