There's only a few chapters scanned right now so I can only give my evaluation about the start of the series, but!
I think that this is something that has a lot of potential.
There are six characters who seem to be central to this story, and all of them have their own quirks. Nothing too 'extreme' that you sometimes see in other manga, but they are definitely not boring. For instance, between the president and vice-president at first, I thought we were going to get a run-of-the-mill situation.
The president is just a 'figurehead' and the vice-president is the real talent or brains. While that seems true to some extent, it's clearly not all there is to it!
I wasn't sure about the main male lead either - but then I realised that he's a very accurate portrayal of social anxiety. The other, likeable, good-looking male character seems a bit shallow at this point, but I do like their interactions.
When Kakei glared at Takahiro after being brushed off. I think it shows that he isn't just a token character and he may have his own opinions.
The female lead is very charming, and I really look forward to seeing how she develops!
Not so sure about how quickly she 'overcame' her disappointment over not being in a hip hop club, though. On one hand, it could be just part of her character to bounce back while on the other, it may be lazy writing. I hope we see more of her insights!
The dance aspect is also very, very interesting and - I think - well illustrated. It's not overly glamourised. I myself have no idea about ballroom dancing but the very fact that it's got be interested speaks volumes about how it's been integrated nicely into the story.
Do pick up this manga and give it a try!
