Another good manga that got axed..

It was a good manga, the idea of a protagonist starts out as a translator is quite unique, and he does it nicely as well. I like how all the characters have a very normal personality, nothing to cocky and not too "I like basketball and I don't care about your other shit " dramatic stuff. I like that, a good sport mana with a touch of slice of life and realistic normality of character.. Yuuhi possesses a very nice personality, he is gentle and he is passionate in his own pace, Josh and Atsumuare cool too, they are suppose to be a outstanding players but they are normal and don't make you feel too far away. Overall, this manga gives off a good feeling and has a nice character developments as well as action.. It could has been much much longer and better, too bad it got axed...

The manga was good in my opinion because the main character was realistic. The main character is not gifted with crazy athleticism or jump ability like other basketball players(Hanamichi from "Slam Dunk"), but he worked hard to get better.

The comedy was good, but the manga is short. With the manga being so short, there is like little to none character developments between the characters.

The ending to the manga was not what I was suspecting, which I disliked BUT it made it more realistic.With that being said, the manga could have been a lot better if it was longer. This manga is not the best sports manga out there but it is still a good manga to read so I recommend this to people who wants a change of pace from reading long mangas'.

The manga is interesting as you see the main protagonist pulling in people around him to play basketball.

A form of passive leadership from him practicing really hard as a basketball noob to achieve his goals. Considering he always drop what he did for girls of interest after being rejected/dumped, he pushes on and is even willing to forgo the cute manager...(for now).

He's able to talk to and motivates the team members and guide them in a proper way. No wonder he becomes friend with both basketball aces and the cute manager( guess a third person view is a good view for her ...).He has charisma.

Honestly I prefer kuroko no basket over this manga but there isn't really much to compare.. aside from basketball the story and characters are pretty different.. Some don't like the whole fantasy part of invisibility in kuroko no basket but that's exactly why I prefer to read kuroko rather then this manga.. It doesn't have all the super abilty part but its pretty good...
And who knows, maybe the main character will learn to fly on *** ep? XD

really like it.. the guy wasn't a loser or anything just wasn't motivated and is quite an air head when it come to cocky!
but it seem great and suitable for the main character. and everyone else seem really fond. FOR NOW!!!! continue to read!

its similar to slam dunk in a lot of ways but slam dunk pretty much had it down pat so i wudnt mind reading another parallel story as long as theres some difference and a little more closure.

At first I thought it would be just another basketball manga, but after reading I can tell it has got some quite original aspects on its own. Comedy part is well done too, and serves its purpouses. So, check it out.
