my last time when i reread this is few years ago but when i see this post i want to reread this again, i really really luv this manga and novel, they are so freaking adorable cute and and aghhhh i cant- this is so good, everything is good the plot and the chara, everything is good, this story is light and heartwarming, but yea the scanalation is so so, but this is still good idk if my memories not wrong i (my sis and bro actually) have some volumes of this manga back then when i was kid ? but still this is so so good to me im reread this so many times and the last word from me is i love this so muchh ಥ⌣ಥ💕 aghhhhh💕💕

The story is cliche, but if you like the manga you can put up with the novel I guess.

The problem is the language. It is so unsophisticated, as if had been written by an amateur. I dont know whether this is the translator's or the author's fault.

I can't read until vol. 5 comes out. I've heard vol. 4 is pretty sad and leads you into a cliff-hunger - I just can't take it. Hate the waiting.

If you loved the manga as much as I do (straight 10 out of 10) you'll love the novel. Too bad translation and editing are not that good in the English version. Readable but not worth the money you have to spend on them.

Argh! Is too cute though.

The story is decent but the English edition... *bangs head on table* Language horrid and grammar bad. So many mistakes! I hope they get a better translator and editor for volume 5.

If you can read it in another language, do it. I did, and it was so much better.

Okay, the plot is fine. It's generic and I've seen it before.

But the translation is just BAD. It doesn't draw you in, and it does that horrific thing bad writers do where it tells you what's going on instead of showing you. If dude A thinks dude B is hot, it says something like, "Dude A kissed dude B, and he did it because he thought dude B was hot."

Can't do it. I can't read something that bad. Spare yourself and read something else.

Okay, since I've always been in love with this manga, I decided to read the novel too - I finally found it. And I'll tell you: it's wroth every freaking page.
You know, I seriously know all the dialogues, scenes, expressions and actions in the manga by memory, so I was comparing if it was properly adapted from the novel while reading it...and guess what? It's JUST the same. Word by word, look by look.
If the manga was good already, the novel's even better, because is shows details, emotions and glimpses of things you haven't seen before.
And to top it all, there's four (in English) volumes of them! It gets better by the second and it will get you totally hooked.
I just wish we had them all "converted" to manga too...miss the gorgeous art! =/

i've read the novel up to the third novel (halfway reading the 4th book) and currently waiting to get for the fifth novel. the story progress slowly as both of them graduate from high school and entering university.
not to spoil the story, but i pity one of the side character who's heart was broken. even though the storyline is a bit slow for the rest of the sequel, it does get interesting as you read it. too bad there's no continuation of the manga

WAAH Such a nice love story ^^
This sequel is really beautiful.The plot is progressing steadily and sweetly and the sex scenes are so romantic ^^
It is a pleasure to see how Kazuki and Wataru on the difficult road of love (well obviously difficult since they are both guys ^^).
With the introduction of new characters (and not any characters...), this story is really getting better and better.
