Sensei's art is really amazing and it's the best part of this manga. It's not bad, just boring. The characters were nice to look at but nothing much to gush about. Seme had an interesting character, but I wish it was executed with more finesse. He ended up being a little one-dimensional and I couldn't get a read on what he was thinking on the inside. Uke was too typical and a little whiny, wish he could grow a bit of a backbone and be less like a Shojo manga protagonist. The kid was ABSOLUTELY adorable and the best character in this. Though I didn't like how sensei portrayed him as a grown-up (he was the replica of seme basically). But he was honestly so cute as a kid.
Don't know why I kept passing this one before, turns out it's such a gem. Love the characters, the interactions, the blossoming love and the consideration for Yura-san's emotional trauma. This will definitely be one of the stories I return to frequently.
I like all the couples and although some of it gets pretty formulaic, it’s still a cute story. And it has one of my favorite things: no rape.
This manga is so cute! They have a really sweet relationship.
I read volume 1 one and a half year ago and thought it made a fine ending as it is. The story is nothing too deep or special but there are few cute moments that can be relatively entertaining. Which is why it should've ended there, be short and sweet. But no, the mangaka had to continue the series with a whole other tankoubon that doesn't feel like it has much of a point at all. It's basically a book made up of non-substantial extra stories, doesn't really develop the characters in any fundamental way and exists only to provide an excuse for more fluff that isn't even that cute anymore. It got boring and repetitive very fast because it has so little substance to support all that stale sap. A bummer.
It started well and I like the chemistry between the characters. Characters are likeable and not cliche, also kids are cute. I like stern but goodhearted Kaji and Yura who didn't allow anybody to toss him around. It's just the premise was better than execution. First two chapters were like a bomb but then things calmed down and story became flat and it was annoying cause after such a nice beginning I expected more action and more spice. With time their relationship became steady to the point where the last part of their story was boring. Honestly I couldn't wait to end this up. Maybe if they had some serious problems to overcome...

What's stopping this from being a great and memorable manga was the catalyst for the angst felt contrived.
It's still a very nice read if you want a lot of fluff and a bit of angst rolled into one.

Like Yura's ex blurting that he was playing with him all along. That came out of nowhere and was just there to amp the angst. Also, what was up with Kaji lying about the wound from the fence and saying a dog bit him? That broke his rude but honest characterization.

This story is full of fluff. It's a nice read, without much drama and a cute couple; the art is really nice too, their expressions are amazingly conveying.
The extras were really funny, I lost it in the very first pages with the crying bully ("Mom you idiot" haha).
