Description

I really liked the character design and the art, it was delicate, gentle and elegant. Story was interesting with lot of heavy themes (coming out, being gay, questioning one’s sexual orientation, death of loved one, trauma etc…) but unfortunately it was inconclusive. The ending was abrupt, it needed one more chapter cause right now there are many loose ends

What about Koba’s former student ? The conversation with Yugi’s mother was also pretty much inconclusive. And was Koba really ready for a new relationship with Yuki, because on their last convo he told him that he still loves Kobayashi and can’t forget about him. Next thing you know Koba and Yuki are a couple.

This manga portrayed the most unrealistic, weird and awkward interactions I've ever seen. People don't tell their whole life issues to the first person they meet, they don't stalk others until they are liked back, and they don't suddenly jump from not even holding hands to having sex... Or maybe they do, but not like this. This manga was a disappointment to me. It tried to cramp a lot of interesting themes into one volume, with the result that not even one was well developed (or even concluded at all). And, again, the interactions made me switch constantly between feeling embarrassed for them and weirded out. Too bad, because the art style was adorable and the author seemed able to properly represent homosexuality.
