Hearwarming story

I'm not sure if my description contains any spoilers but just in case...

Art: 7.8/10
It's pretty good. It's what got me started. It's not all that amazing but it didn't turn me off either. The smut scenes weren't steamy at all and it doesn't even show that much. If you're looking for something with only hot smut, you should pass this one. I'm going to rate the art as just better than average. It doesn't really matter though because the amazing plot makes up for the drop.
Characters: 10/10
Ryuu - He's not the typical badass seme. He's super good at fighting but he's also lazy and clings onto Nao like a puppy dog. I really liked how he listens to everything Nao says and doesn't force himself on Nao.
Nao - He's not your typical uke either. He's not like the cute feminine uke you find in today's yaoi mangas. He's manly and even better at fighting than Ryuu (well, can't say for sure since Ryuu can't fight Nao seriously). He can defend himself and he doesn't need to be saved from every guy that tries to jump him. He won't just give in to Ryuu like normal ukes will. I really liked that he can stand his ground and say no.
Plot: 10/10
I really like yakuza themes so I probably enjoyed it far more than others would have. However, the story was actually quite sweet and touching. It's not like those trashy smut manga that only depend on sex for a plot. It isn't like those stories where the uke is attacked by several pervy guys who all want to rape him or where the seme rapes the uke and it's all ok because they love each other. It's a heartwarming story about two childhood friends that help grow as a person. Each character cares for each other but they don't have to be with each other all the times and it's not like they'll die if they're separated. I especially liked how Ryuu respects Nao and accepts Nao's will to stop at kissing. It was enjoyable watching them come to accept their feelings and develop their relationship.
Overall: 9.7/10
It was a wonderful story and you shouldn't just overlook it. It really deserves a 10 but the art wasn't really amazing so I ended giving it a 9.7. I'm really picky about art you see. However, it's in one of my favs now and to anyone who's looking for a story with an actual plot, DEFINITELY READ!!! I'm all for it! But if you're reading this for the smut, you should move on 'cause you won't find many hot and steamy scenes.

Hah hah, I love this Ryuu and Naoki's story. Ryuu's puppy dog love for Naoki is just so adorable and I love how Naoki is not your typical uke. He's badass but sort of...too lazy to be that way very often? They are very adorable and I like how their relationship and the relationship between their families grows and changes throughout the story.

i absolutely loved the main story (yakuza), and i agree about the second being just okay.

the art was simple but nice and the best part was that they both ACTED LIKE MEN. when i first got into yaoi, it was surprising how so many mangas feminize the ukes, which is freaking annoying in my opinion (if you don't like boyxboy relationships, just draw straight manga, geesh.)

anyway, the story was really heartwarming. and the reactions were very realistic for manga standards. i thought it was very well done, one of my favourites. (:

I like the first one. The Yakuza story. It is very sweet. And to be honest, I really have a thing about bestfriends being inlove. Don't ask me, I really don't know why, I just have it. 😀

The second story is just so-so.
