Cute but nothing special

It was… okay. If you’re looking for a quick read with pure fluff and absolutely zero angst then this’d be perfect for you. I do have a few qualms I’d like to discuss regarding it, though.

Firstly, I just think the plot (if you can call it that) lacked any real complexity. There were sooo many things that should’ve been more emphasized on but were just brushed over or simply ignored, like when the friend literally outed the couple to the ENTIRE class and literally no one, including the couple minded (😕) like in any case, that would be a HUGE deal however it’s only briefly touched on and then ignored, not to mention that the friend in question isn’t even reprimanded or anything. He doesn’t even apologize?

That brings me to my second complaint; the characters. The main leads were cute, but like the plot, there wasn’t any depth to them. The supporting cast were also annoying and only acted as poor, unintentional, obstacles for the main couple if anything. All in all, If I had to describe all the characters with two words, I’d say one dimensional.

So yeah. I honestly expected more, but it was at least still decent and readable.

If you want a manhwa with more depth that also takes place in a rural high school setting, then I REALLY recommend Spinach Bouquet. It is 100x better compared to this.
