It was a little different from the typical boss/subordinate relationship. The secretary takes his job really seriously and seems to be uptight at times, while the director appear to be too carefree about his duties.
Except that the boss isn't really like that, because it is just a façade.
He doesn't rely more than he has to on his employee, he knows how to handle his tasks and is quite professional when dealing with serious matters, and last but not least, he doesn't sexually harass his secretary. No, he only teases him while trying to pick him up but never goes too far.
At a moment in the story, he does heavy flirting with his subordinate, when the two of them are both working late. He caresses the latter in a very sexy way, and so of course the secretary goes like "what are you doing?", because he's actually really feeling it, and the director answer something really stupid, I don't remember what. The secretary is mad for sure, but the morning after, the boss does apologize about his barely tolerable attitude, he also explains why he acted that way. I must say that it was really something to me, a boss seme who isn't a jerk or an immature fellow for a change
The director was a good character, more semes like him would be wonderful in the BL world. He was cool and not forceful. Now, even if the secretary was nothing more than the usual over-dedicated to his position, he was good too because no matter how their relationship develop, he did remain the same, more or less. Indeed, he was perfectly fitting the uke role without being too cliché.
The thing I didn't like was the ending, I didn't have the feeling that it was over, something was clearly lacking to me, so I wouldn't mind if these two were to have a sequel.
