Judging by the cover, I was so sure that it would be the average same old stuff, but no no it was somehow a little different, so I liked it even better!!!!
The uke look and act manly, of course he's a tsundere but it's better for me than the seme being one.
Nakayama is adorable, a little masochist and a carefree character, he just can't get enough of his boss Asaka. I love puppy seme such as himself, because it's impossible to resist them for too long!!
My two favourites scenes were first when
Nakayama was so plastered after a drinking session that his boss had to take him to his own house, later after that Nakayama wanted to take a picture of Asaka sleeping, but he got so excited by the latter's face that he started to masturbate in front of him, and of course the boss woke up.
And the second scene was when Nakayama is held hostage by some scoundrels of the mafia and his boss came to rescue him. This scene was priceless, indeed I can't recall of a single BL manga where big manly seme had to play "le damoiseau en détresse" waiting for skinny but masculine uke to come and save him!!!! ML mangas are different though, but it's often more yaoi than anything else so....
So even for a slice of life manga, it has quite some funny moments. Now, the only thing I didn't like was how despite
the boss being reluctant to be in a relationship with his subordinate due to different reasons, when Asaka announced to Nakayama that the latter was going to be transfer, right after that, well no so long after, they went and had sex!!! (I don't remember at who's place).
I mean, are you for real??? Aren't you the one who was so hesitant to be in this relationship to begin with, and just because your seme is leaving for another town, bam you just jump right from A to C. You have got to be kidding me!!!!! I skipped the sex scenes, because despite waiting three chapters to show us some flesh, (I was really happy though, because I hate it when they have sex too fast), the feeling wasn't there, it's like it had to be done for the sake of only making a one volume serie.
What a waste!!! It's becoming harder and harder to find a BL manga where you get to see the real evolution of the couple. Really, because after the setting, it seems mangakas couldn't care less about the rest. Well if that's the case, then I'd rather read soft BL− mangas, that way I'll be less dissapointed when not fustrated if it didn't go where I wish it would have!!!
Nevertheless, this is the kind of stories I'll be glad to reread, so I guess it's no that bad in the end!!!
