I didn't read the second story (Kiss Scandal), but i like the first one (Stolen heart), the plot is stupid (tbh) but also is good, i love the au, i confused at some details but no problem

i prefer the one shot Kiss Scandal instead.

The 2nd story is so good. U can see true love, commitment, honesty and dream in one oneshot. 10/10
The first one is horrible though. I mean considering the settings and the thief theme, u would expect it should be more mysterious but no. And the characters, like "jellaaay" says, is very horrible. I found myself hating him so much to the point I want him die in a middle of the snow storm. It ends way better that way. The seme and the sex scenes arent hot enough to compensate this. There is something wrong with the seme's head too, he raped the uke and insulted him bc its "exciting that way" I dont mind rape in yaoi but for this kind of reason, I was enraged 1/10
The brother story is is also PWP. I mean he whored this kid out bc hes lower status. Then now hes part of loyalty, hes fine. What is the moral/love of this story? What if the kid is not a bigshot, he will be abused and humiliated for love bc of someone he "loves" 1/10
The rating is based on the 3 mangas and since the good one is not the focus of the story. 3/10 is the nicest one I can give.

The main story left me just as confused as the first chapter. I'd definitely skip over that one.

BUT, like everyone said, Kiss Scandal is the little gem in this. I didn't really grow that attached to the story, but it was a good enough read.

Stolen Heart relied too much on dialogue to convince us that they were in love.

KISS SCANDAL was really the only thing I liked. Even though it was just a one-shot I still enjoyed it. Very cute and realistic! Not that realistic is the way to go but sometimes it makes the story better. I wish it was the other way around though... like the seme in this story should've been the politician instead. Typical, I know but he's got that politician charm.

I think that I hold Kiss Scandal as one of, if not the most beloved amongst my favorite BL one-shots. The atmosphere is comfortable, the characters are charming and likable, and the plot is just plain fun, to boot. It's both humorous and touching, but that humor doesn't need to go over-the-top to achieve a chuckle. That, and perhaps most strikingly for me, that aforementioned comfortable atmosphere--best captured by the colored picture in the beginning--had an "everyday America" feel to it that I've rarely since found in manga. It was a delight to have discovered this one-shot going through mochi*mochi's website several years ago.

Still, I was counting the non-white people as I often do when I notice a general lack of non-white people depicted in a work set in a US city like Washington DC and found a grand total of...0, really. I mean, there might be an Asian-of-some-descent person in there somewhere. WHO KNOWS. But they all look pretty Caucasian. It was kind of amusing and sadly expected, but it still feels pretty weird when you yourself are expecting at least one black or south/east Asian or non-white Hispanic person in there somewhere. But that's neither here or there in terms of the quality of the story and characters, so check it out one of these days, guys.

The art is great in this one. I do love Honami Yukine's art. I picked this up because I like the Rin! series a lot. The art didn't disappoint. The main story was cute and a nice idea. I just think it could have been executed better. You didn't get to know the characters, which left you not really caring about what happened to them. I gave this the rating that I did for the art, and for the short story "Kiss Scandal" that was included. This story about a congressman and his secretary was the best part of the book. It was a touching, emotional story. I also enjoyed the short story "People Are What They Seem". Naruse is such an uptight character, so easily provoked and "messed with". Fujiyoshi is carefree and doesn't worry what others think. Even though no one gets together in the story, it is humorous how Fujiyoshi and Ken can so easily play Naruse. A cute, entertaining story. This manga is worth reading if you want a lighter read. I recommend it mainly for the 2 short stories in it though.

Well I didn't like it and I didn't hate it. Don't get mr wrong, I absolutely loove honami yukines drawings (her art really touches your heart and is pretty in a simplistic way that makes you feel every single expression) like in Desire and rin!, but the author...well her story made honami yukines drawing dull an empty, and didn't make me feel anything at all. Ultimately I only finished it cause I thought the drawings would save it, but I ended up only skimming though it. I wouldn't recommend this.

I bought this book some time ago, the main story was good, but the one shot that was included in it was so cute. Kiss Scandal is about Congressman Colin Rudd, he's a great politician and everyone loves him, He has a boyfriend Paul and they're relationship is discover and it's cute how the handle it and the outcome of it all.

The main character is so childish i dont know why the "thief" likes him, the main character spends his time sleeping around even after he starts to develop feelings for the other guy and they sleep together (i don't even remember names)
